PHishER is a great product.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated triage that helps prioritize risky emails, the threat intel that helps us confirm if something is malicious, and the ability to group similar phishing emails so we can clean them up faster across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see the automation and similar message detection become more consistent. Sometimes it misses emails that are clearly part of the same campaign and needs manual tuning. It would also be nice to have a bit more flexibility and visibility when building and troubleshooting automation workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem that many people get duplicate emails in their inboxes. By one reporting it, we can remove it from all user's accounts, saving others time, and not having to figure out if it's a Phishing email.
Extremely Effective Anti-Phish Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of an employee being able to report a suspected phishing attempt, how the program categorizes spam and phishing emails, and the ability to turn a phish email into a test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything yet that I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our organization create a very effective Human Firewall. By running monthly phishing tests, being mindful of phish emails is kept at the forefront of employees minds.
Great Product to Ensure
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is an excellent tool for companies to protect themselves from phishing attacks. It effectively filters out malicious emails and alerts users to potential threats, allowing us to respond quickly. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the reporting features provide valuable insights into the system's effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
My feedback is about the lack of features in the discussion tab. It would be nice to have a back-and-forth discussion with the end users to understand better why they report specific emails. It also would be a great feature to help end users gain more detailed knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER has helped make reporting suspicious emails easy for our end users. Its main benefit is doing a job that would take two or three people easily managed by one.
PhishER is a solid product and can be very useful in larger team environments.
What do you like best about the product?
The product is quite easy to integrate with the Office Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping team informed about phishing threats in a quick manner so that staff do not send the same warning emails to each other.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still exploring the tool and have not found anything that it should include. I think it's the best-in-class tool with a lot of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's identifying reported emails, whether it's a phish/spam or clean email and notifies users based on the identification, and adds tags based on actions.

Very useful product
What do you like best about the product?
-Ability to deploy a prominent "Report Phishing" icon to my Microsoft 365 users
-Ability to both manually review reported emails and create rules to have it done automatically
-Ability to run URL's and attachments through a 3rd party such as VirusTotal
-Easy to navigate UI
-Notifies me when I have emails to review

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us get a grasp on what types of phishing schemes are coming into our organization. It also has helped me understand that my users don't understand the difference between "spam" and "phishing" based on the types of emails they have been reporting so we have an idea of what kind of education to be pushing.

Keeps end users aware of things to watch out for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The console could have a cleaner interface. Too many clicks to get from one place to another, and a bit convoluted.

Stopping users from engaging with a real threat by learning what to look for.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a good testing tool and it helps me to know if im performing phishing tactics correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike the tool does what you need it to do and help educate your staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let me know if I can identify phishing attacks correctly.
Provides seamless functionality that saves time, money, and headache for everyone involved.
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates seamlessly into the Google Ecosphere, conveniently offering itself to the end user as a button in their Gmail console. It automates the checks that would be more traditionally manually done by an IT staff member and can reliably identify your Phishing tests from actual Phish messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that people seem to use the "report spam" feature in Gmail more than the PhishER hook, but that may just be because our users aren't the best at listening to new ways to do things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of the time we aren't necessarily available to review the header information of an email, immediately, so this allows for the user to empower themselves and to make the right decision no matter which IT staff member may be available, if any.
An excellent email security tool.

The security that PhishER provides for our organization. PhishER helps automate email threats reported by employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email attachments and URLs are not automatically scanned with Virus Total and require action to have them scanned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER helps provide a method for reported emails to be scanned. Before, we were using an old laptop to review email attachments.
