What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is relatively user friendly. It make it easy to use when on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything specifically I dislike about Soci
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t had any problems thus far. I really enjoy using Soci and it has made things a lot easier for posting purposes on social media!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi works fast and accommodates quick turnaround times. In the restaurant industry, we need flexibility on timelines, with things always changing and the industry moving at a fast pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced SOCi forgetting to complete a few steps of the process when building discounts. This requires more overcommunication from my end, which takes up more of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped streamline both online reputation management and local listing management in one place, which makes my job easier and I am able to update listings fasters. Our restaurant operators are also able to stay on top of online reputation in one place, in a quick fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can schedule your posts out and easily respond to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to edit the captions on soci or to take down posts, you can't really do them on soci after you posted something

posting to multiple platforms at once and responding quickly to reviews.

Social medias scheduler is great to keep those posts going smoothly from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
App can be funky. But desktop web view is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t have it log in to different websites it’s all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to multiple platforms. Prior to Soci, I was using Meta but it would not connect with Linked In. I like that there is a saved database of social media posts that I can reference. The calendar function makes it clear to see what I have scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not use Tik Tok for business but connecting with Tik Tok might benefit users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple platforms simultaneously so it saves me time…

Streamlined Social Media Management with Intuitive AI

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface. I think it's really easy to use. The AI does a really good job of getting a start to responses when I'm looking to respond to reviews on pages. It's really handy being able to post across platforms, making it easy to cross-post to different locations. The AI is pretty great at pinpointing what's most important before I respond to each review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that when I'm looking through media to grab from different banks of data, like previous posts and things like that, they could be displayed in a more coherent order. They seem a little bit hard to discern from one to the next. There's like three different banks if I recall, and just being able to see everything in one view page would help me find what I'm looking for a little easier. Right now, you have to select one of the different options, and there's no select all, at least on my side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to respond to reviews across platforms like Yelp, Google, and Facebook, helping me stay structured without visiting each page individually. It simplifies posting content across locations and aids in identifying important aspects of reviews before responding.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for social media management, insights on traffic to our pages, and resources for advertising and statistics. I really appreciate being able to consistently maintain my social media, posts, and client engagement all from one platform. It's super convenient to schedule, post, and manage everything without switching tools. I like the ease of using the program and the support from our advisor that makes navigating the platform simple. I love how easily and quickly each platform connects to SOCi, and the initial setup was very easy.
