Great User Experience

What do you like best about the product?
The customer experience. Whenever I have a question or experience a glitch, the customer service team is there to help quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still adding features, so some of the things that would make my life easier are not easily accessible sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage 100+ locations in one easy platform. I can post to 100 locations at once and easily manage ads.

SOCi Has Been a Game Changer for Our Community!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been a great tool for us in many aspects, but I especially love utilizing the social media post Scheduler. This is such an easy way for us to schedule our social media posts in advance, and without having to post to each individual site ourselves. You just create one post in the calendar, set the date, time, and platforms you want it to post on, and SOCi takes care of the rest! With our busy schedules, this is one less thing we have to worry about. I also love being able to track a number of marketing metrics here. Overall SOCi has been a very helpful tool for our community!
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to this point, I don't really think I've discovered anything about SOCi that I would change or like to see added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our social media metrics and creating social media posts in advance/posting them for us to various platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts for all of the Facebook pages is easy. Replying and managing Google reviews with AI is easier than I think and it really helps. Also, I use reporting tools every week. When I have any problem, I create a support ticket and they help me. Integrations and user experience is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it breaks dow. I can understand this while exporting reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is resolving the scheduling and reporting for 140+ Facebook pages and it saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of SOCi allowing me to post across multiple social platforms one time. I also love that they have a mobile app, making it even easier!

Sometimes the social network connections break.

Social media posting across a large network of brands.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SOCi is its centralized platform that makes it easy to monitor, manage, and respond to reviews across multiple locations—saving time while ensuring consistent, timely engagement with members.

User interface is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of SOCi is that it can occasionally lag or have limited customization options when responding to reviews in bulk. Specifically Yelp reviews have been tough to respond to due to the integration issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi simplifies review and social media management, saving time and improving member engagement across all locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can use canva through SOCI and everything is pretty user friendly and that the AI can respond to comments
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the scheduler was grid view that would be AWESOME!!! I also wish when you used Canva through SOCI it could save your progress somewhere automatically

Helping solve the problem of not having enough time in the day to post so you can do it in advance

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate seeing all information in one location, responding to reviews and comments is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything other than it would be nice to receive timely notification of new reivews to my email without needing to download an app. I prefer to not receive these notifications in my personal time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi keeps me from visiting multiple platforms to respond to reviews and comments.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been a game-changer for managing multiple social media accounts across different locations. The scheduling and content management tools are intuitive, making it easy to plan campaigns well in advance. I particularly appreciate the reporting features, which give clear insights into engagement and performance metrics.

One of SOCi’s biggest strengths is how well it centralizes communication and brand consistency, especially for businesses with many locations. The approval workflows are also a big plus for maintaining quality control.

There is a bit of a learning curve at first, and certain advanced features could be more user-friendly. Additionally, support response times could be faster during peak periods. However, once you're familiar with the platform, it becomes a highly efficient and reliable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some more intuitive reporting, but at the end of the day the data is accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage content across dozens of locations while maintaining brand consistency, tracking performance, and reducing time spent jumping between different social platforms.
