Clear Scheduling View for All Your Upcoming Social Posts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can look at the schedule and see all the posts you have scheduled to post but also any upcoming posts that was from Facebook or X, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't discovered anything I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I wasn't sure what Ford would suggest to post on all of our social media platforms, plus Ford's Tool box was a mess trying to find art actually what to post for the month, but SOCi made it SO easy for me that I love it.

It’s an integrated solution that lets me propagate a post across several platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product provides exactly what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time. Since it has a presence across five platforms, I only need to create one post that then gets replicated across all the platforms I’m subscribed to.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage my 100+ locations all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Came from Sprout Social and felt that they had better reporting features.

We have little bandwidth to post to 100+ Facebook/Google/etc. pages. SOCI's AI tools have been a huge help in allowing us to push frequent content out

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi for bringing all reviews into one place, which simplifies review response management for me. I appreciate the dashboard that shows our current standings across all platforms. Setting up SOCi was straightforward with easy steps to follow, and I could get started quickly.

I use SOCi for review response management. It puts all reviews in one place, which is helpful. I like the dashboard for seeing our standings across platforms. Previously, we had to complete reviews on each platform individually, so SOCi was needed.

I really like that SOCi handles most things automatically, which helps in ensuring that all reviews are responded to and notifying us when reviews were posted. Also, the initial setup after switching from our previous product was very easy, making the transition smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a useful tool for tracking social media performance and online reputation through ORA scores. It makes it easy to see how a business is performing across different platforms in one place. The dashboard is fairly simple to use and helps identify areas that can be improved. Overall, it’s a helpful platform for monitoring and managing online presence

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with the click of a button, I can manage all my social media posts and see all the outreach and inbound reach it's giving me. It really helps manage my day-to-day as I cannot dedicate the time to all platforms. It's great that I can get my posts out to LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, which not only saves me time but could also land me extra deals. The initial setup of SOCi was very, very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could do outreach directly with SOCi. Mass DM's/Following/Comments.

I use SOCi to manage my social media as an insurance agent. It helps me know what to post and manage all platforms in one. With a click, I manage all posts and see outreach, saving time and possibly landing extra deals, especially with limited time.

I use SOCi for posting on social media about the business I manage, and it helps me post faster and sync to all of my social media accounts. I find it user-friendly and appreciate that I can respond to messages easily. My SOCi team is easy to get in touch with. I also like that I can edit and approve scheduled posts and that it syncs with Google Reviews.

A very easy way to respond to feedback left through reviews for your business. It also sends email updates when someone leaves a review.

Understanding the metrics and reporting can sometimes feel cluttered and difficult to follow, which makes it harder to quickly find what I need.

It allows us to post marketing content across multiple avenues quickly and effectively.

Easy to use! AI features are very helpful in writing review responses.

I like the program and so far have not have any issues with it.

Helps with postings for our social media platforms, makes responding and keeping track of reviews very easy.
