Streamlined Social Media Management with Minor UI Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi makes it easy to manage social media and online reputation in one platform. These features are valuable because they save time and make managing our online presence much more efficient. Being able to schedule posts in advance helps us stay consistent with social media without having to post manually every day. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and the team was great at answering any questions we had when onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface and navigation challenging. The platform is useful, but some features can take time to locate if you're not using them frequently. Some of the menus and features could be organized more intuitively, especially when navigating between social media publishing, reviews, and analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us manage multiple aspects of our online presence efficiently, saving time. It allows us to schedule posts in advance, maintaining social media consistency without daily manual posting.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is how it brings everything into one centralized platform. It’s not just a scheduler — it lets you manage social media content, respond to reviews, and track performance analytics all in one place. That kind of all-in-one functionality saves a ton of time and helps ensure consistency across multiple locations or accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’ve found a bit challenging with SOCi is the user interface — it can feel a little clunky or unintuitive at times, especially for new users. Some features are nested in ways that aren’t immediately obvious, which can slow things down. Also, while it does a lot, there are occasional limitations when it comes to customization or integrating with certain other tools we use. But overall, the pros definitely outweigh the cons — it just takes some getting used to.

Helping not post on all different accounts, it posts at once

I am really new to this organization, but I find it user friendly and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use! Because I take most of my social media pictures on my phone, I love that it’s easy to use just right on my phone! It’s so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I don’t like about soci. For the most part I enjoy using the app!

It’s making it so easy for me to create Facebook posts for my local store. I love how we’re able to already have pictures generated alone with yall make it easy to switch pictures out but keep the captions!

Soci makes posting easy. I like the guidelines that are right there as I am writing my posts.

Sometimes navigatting the pictures is not super user friendly

Makes scheduling social media posts a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to manage multiple locations and their various social media accounts all in one place! The calendar is easy to look at and view. Creating and scheduling post is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
While we get notifications through SOCi regarding likes, comments, follows. etc on our social media accounts, we can't find how to view or reply to these features. I wish these features were easier to locate so we don't have to go to the individual social media pages to reply.
While you can create a post to all linked social media pages at one time, you can't edit them all at one time once scheduled. I wish there was a way to select all identical posts across all the social media accounts and make edits to a post before it has been posted (such as correcting a typo before a post scheduled for next week publishes.)
