What do you like best about the product?
We love the concept! We see the value in the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ai sometimes changes things that it shouldn't and creates work for us to go back and correct on Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really want to use the service for the reviews from our customers. We have 19 stores under the same concept, so staying on top of feedback is time consuming.

Helpful AI Responses and All-in-One Review Management

What do you like best about the product?
The AI responses are so helpful. I enjoy that I can see all reviews and other interactions all in one place, and effectively respond to them. The platform is easy to use, very user friendly. I have had no issues thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes a delay in receiving notice of new reviews. I've noticed that sometimes it seems faster, but some are slower to arrive to my inbox. My company likes us to respond to reviews within 8 hours, but that is harder to do if it is not coming to me in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to reviews effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is a very easy tool to use with, I use it frequently and it has a very good implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far no downsides. We just had an upgraded version, and I need to find out how it differs from the previous version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the several options it has but I still need to discover the new version. It is an upgrade so I might like it better.

Easy Multi-Platform Post Scheduling with a Handy Photo Library

What do you like best about the product?
Allows pre-scheduling of posts across platforms (Insta, FB, Google). Like as a franchise to have corporate post this store local account. Easy access to photo library. Can respond to reviews across many platforms (without having to log into each - like Google or Yelp).
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software it has some bugs on occasion, but they are reasonably responsive and address things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows posting to many accounts without repeat logins or manually creating each post + review responses in a single forum. Also profile optimization. Honestly, we really appreciate this platform at this store.

What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCi for managing our social media presence, from posts to review replies. The app UX is as perfect as I can imagine! Sharing the same platform with other franchisees, we are able to share lessons learned and success stories, which enhances community engagement. I find the initial setup too easy, which is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the calendar and pre-scheduling options my teams have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit difficult to navigate without one on one training. It is also hard to verify the data on the reports and it often seems a bit off.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is how easy it makes managing my social media and online presence all in one place. I can schedule posts, respond to reviews, and keep track of engagement without jumping between multiple platforms. It saves me a lot of time and helps me stay consistent with my marketing, which is really important for running my travel business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it can take a little time to learn all the features when you first start using it. Since it offers so many tools, there can be a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. However, once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to navigate and manage everything efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps solve the problem of having to manage multiple social media platforms separately. Instead of logging into each account and posting individually, I’m able to schedule and manage everything in one place. This saves me a lot of time and helps me stay consistent with my marketing. It also makes it easier to monitor engagement and respond to reviews, which helps me stay connected with clients and continue growing my travel business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi makes the review response process easy and simple, taking away some of the mental gymnastics involved. It really assists in crafting responses efficiently. Additionally, I'm pleased with how seamlessly I can post to our social media, which has helped increase our engagement. It allows me to not think as much about the day-to-day tasks, letting me focus quickly on the items at hand and then move on to the next task.

I would love suggested SOCi social media posts.

I use SOCi to manage reviews and social media. It speeds up my responses to reviews, simplifies posting, and boosts engagement. It eases the mental load, allowing me to focus on tasks quickly and move on efficiently.
