SOCi has been an excellent tool to help me get my posts out on time and save me time.
What do you like best about the product?
I definitely like the scheduling feature the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to see past posts better and to delete them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I'm not naturally inclined toward social media, having it as part of my job can feel overwhelming and add extra stress. However, now that I use SOCi, posting and managing my content has become much simpler and more manageable.

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with SOCi to manage the local listings for all of our newly acquired branches following a recent merger. Their team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and resourceful throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a complex and time-consuming task feel seamless and well-organized. Thanks to SOCi, our branch information is now consistently updated and optimized across platforms, helping us maintain a strong local presence. Highly recommend their services to any business looking for reliable local listing support!
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement would be follow-through on additional requests outside of the initial onboarding. While not a deal breaker by any means, more consistency in that area would make an already strong partnership even better.

SOCi has helped us solve a major challenge: managing and updating local listings across multiple platforms for a large number of branches, especially following a recent merger. With so many new locations to onboard, ensuring consistent and accurate information—like addresses, hours, and contact details—was a complex task.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to manage my social media accounts across all platforms, and it helps me schedule my content efficiently. I like how it saves my posts in a library, allowing me to repost and recycle older content. The notifications for comments and views are handy, ensuring I don't miss anything on multiple platforms. The scheduling tool is great, letting me post across all platforms with one button. I also appreciate how it organizes everything in libraries, which makes it easier to manage and reuse my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it'd be helpful if you can just let us know what are the peak times for our specific target market. So we're targeting, you know, women from the ages of 25 to 35. Just tell us what are the peak times to post for that age group. Know that's a lot of AI work, but I think you guys can create it so that we can post peak times, but the homework is done for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for managing my social media accounts across all platforms. It allows me to post once, track content over a month, organize posts for reuse, and receive notifications for comments or views across platforms.
I really like the ability to send a post through all social media at one time !

Easy Multi-Platform Processing, View Preview in different formats, Respond to Google Reviews, Multiple Locations in the same area, Scheduling Posts
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints. However, I have noticed that the preview occasionally does not match what is actually posted. For instance, the final post can sometimes appear off-center compared to the preview.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it engages me with compliments and concerns left via google reviews allowing me to respond in a timely manner. Love it!

The email notifications could be faster. I get notified hours after the fact

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to manage reviews and social media scheduling all in one place. I've used other scheduling apps before that didn't work nearly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the prettiest app I've ever used, but its the functionality that counts!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my cross platform social media, I can upload one post and it sends it everywhere with little editing required between platform differences. It also helps me respond to google reviews faster than if I relied on solely Google notifications.

SOCi is great because it makes managing everything in one place super easy. You can handle social media posts, reviews, and listings for multiple locations all from one platform. It saves a ton of time and helps keep everything consistent and organized.

The platform can be pricey for smaller businesses, especially given how many features it has.
