What do you like best about the product?
I love how responsive every team member is. They are always finding ways to best serve us as a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note as a "dislike". I only wish our leasing agents would utilize SOCi and all of its features to their fullest potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help maintain a consistent flow of content for our communities that struggle with posting weekly.
Soci is a great resource for Multifamily CRM.

I appreciate the ease of access and the resources that SOCI provides.

I do have issues with turn around times.

Both with follow up and timing of getting back to prospects

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI and their team are highly professional and always deliver outstanding service. They have really made a difference with helping our Reputation positively grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their profile is very robust and easy to navigate...there is really nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our Reputation Management. Our company has many properties and is continuing to grow. SOCI has helped create an organized system of answering and approving reviews. I can share feedback with my teams and tackle any issues right away. The benefit of having trained representatives answer our online reviews is knowing our residents are always taken care of right away.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we have a direct contact to reach out to. This is very helpful and not so common now days. It makes the experience feel more personalized and we know we have a great team that will help us with any ideas and new content we would like to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had direct access myself to utilize the account from my phone, but I know this is contingent upon our company's guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anytime we see a duplicate post that is about to send we notify the team, but it's not too often. The benefits is how fast they respond and how attentive and supportive the team is.

Not much. It is a great product that lends itself to easy use.

Social engagement during COVID. We have seen a very positive upward trend.

Try it out. It is a great investment and can be really useful to your business.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is amazing. We affiliate with over 650 locations, and SOCi's platform allows us to easily post to all locations, or to unique locations depending on the campaign. You can boost your posts within the dashboard, keep track/respond to reviews, and they offer sample monthly calendar post ideas. We love this platform and look forward to many years of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There is nothing we dislike about this platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This would just be a learning experience, but being able to reach out to my personal account manager and them showing me how to do something (along with their online training courses) is fantastic!

Use them!
The functionality is fantastic, but sometimes the experience can be buggy

The group to location functionality and the content mass upload feature

Periodic bugs that we have to work out with support - usually support has a fix in a few days though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass uploading of content so that we don't have to spend multiple manhours uploading content. Uploading content to one group that then gets pushed out to several individual accounts - again cuts down on time, but more importantly, vastly extends the reach of our clients' message.

Your account advisor can often be an advocate for you when you need new features or need significant support issues to be resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to provide a single log in for users to respond to reviews, comments and questions on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty complex beast with lots of options, so the learning curve is a little protracted over other platforms, but the time investment simply reflects the abundance of cool features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite simply; We're getting more done in less time.

What do you like best about the product?
Being part of a franchise network adds a layer of complexity to our digital needs. SOCi makes social scheduling and publishing easy for our 300+ locations. It has also been a lifesaver for directory listings and online reputation management. We are currently trialing a few AI features and are excited about how these can help our franchisees be more efficient within their operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike! Every challenge we have faced is from Google itself, not the SOCi platform. The SOCi support team has helped us overcome issues with Google and we are very happy to be able to lean on them for our questions and concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct Instagram integration for all of our franchisees has been a game changer. We have also been able to streamline our listings in a big way.
