Organizes Social Media Effortlessly with Minor Hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of SOCi and that it continually keeps updating with a calendar for new posts. I also like seeing the entire month in advance of upcoming posts that are available, as well as content for manual posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as immediate as I would like regarding feedback and reviews posted. Also, there are continual drop-offs, likely due to technical issues. When I add an account, it sometimes drops off either Facebook or Instagram. It doesn't work very well with Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for scheduling social media posts. I like its organization and that it continually updates with a calendar for new posts, allowing me to see the entire month in advance and plan upcoming posts and content for manual posts.

Flexible Scheduling & Approvals That Make Team Posting Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling and approval feature. I like that it is not reliant on just one person to create and post but multiple people could do so and allow a manager to approve. Additionally being able to schedule in advance is always really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to navigate comments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving having a platform that links everything together and not just having to go post to each individual platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automatic messages that alert me when a review is posted. It's great because I don't have to go looking for them, and it saves me time monitoring. It gives me a chance to respond to reviews in a timely manner. I'm really loving this method of review right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself isn't always intuitive. Sometimes it's hard to find the functions I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps keep our online reviews organized in one place and sends automatic messages when a review is posted, saving time on monitoring and allowing timely responses.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling a planned post months in advance is truly convenient and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the post can be delayed with morning/ afternoon timing, or certain images need to be approved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is saving time by planning posting ahead, I love logging-in through our computer screen instead of a mobile device

The scheduled posting ability on this software is great!

I would like to see more social media options for us to post on and better integration with the social media and the SOCi software.

It takes away the need to be creative with social media posts on the behalf of the company and makes it Fair Housing safe.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe the most useful part is having all platforms in one spot and being able to see all activty for accounts in one spot. being able to add mutiple accounts and platforms and monitor and see data in one location saves time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
the ai responses are repetitive and instagram stories are still difficult

Multiple different vendors. We can now use one vendor for rss feeds, social calendars, review, etc
