Fast and easy use especially for planning ahead
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post on all social platforms from one site. What normally takes 45 mins to an hour to post only takes 15 mins. Plus there is a library of created content all in one place for days when you are stumped.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that sometimes there is a delay in the numbers being calculated for each location. This makes day to day calculations inaccurate but looking at monthly calculations they are typically accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I have solved is remembering to post on Instagram. This was a huge obstacle because you cannot plan in advance for Instagram post but you can with Twitter and Facebook.

Utilize all the planning functions to save you time when posting to social media.

The ability to see all of my ads from different platforms in 1 place and to see what ads are scheduled to run

The user interface isn't always laid out in a way that is intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts are the most helpful feature to use with Soci. It has an easy to use platform and helps streamline the amount of work and time we spend on posts.

No downside to Soci that I am able to think of. Overall, this has been great.

The problem Soci is solving for us is the ability to schedule posts in an easy to use format. Saves us time and energy. It helps streamline the amount of work and time we spend on posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add all of your social media platforms into one program.

I wish other marketing partners would work closer with SOCi. It would certainly allow everyone to play nicer in the sandbox and make the end user experience much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that I am posting on all platforms regularly and getting the maximum reach potential to our followers on the social media platforms
Easy to use and Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can view both Facebook and Instagram stats in one place. This platform also allows me to view our Google business followers, which is an added advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a little bit overwhelming with all the graphs and images, so sometimes, that can be not so fun to see when logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows us to schedule posts in advance, which is great for days when we know we'll be busy in the office and cannot manually post on our platforms.

Can not post reels to Instagram. But not that bad.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is organized and in one place for social media posts. I also like the creation with Canva to create beautiful designs for social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning so I may not be utilizing everything that Soci has to offer but so far no issues! I can't think of anything I dislike about SOCi so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my experience with Soci I can see many benefits. For starters, it has allowed us to get fresh content on a consistent basis. Because of this, we have seen a dramatic increase in engagement and have had many new clients connect with us through our social efforts.
