SOCi Makes Social Management Simple: Easy Navigation, Detailed Options, One Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, lots of detailed options to utilize, most used social sites combined into one! Easy to reply to reviews and stay in communication with guests!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I do not like about SOCi. It’s simple to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi keeps all of my notifications for the business in one place. Makes it simple to keep reviews organized and able to view as I need. Makes it simple to post across our Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Quick Notifications Improve Review Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is so prompt, especially when it comes to notifications. I'm notified pretty immediately if there is feedback or a review left for my hospital, which is very nice. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that whenever there's a review left on my hospital, it sends two emails, which hopefully one day could be merged into one to prevent my emails from building up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi's review feature to get immediate notifications when a review is left about my hospital. It helps bridge the communication gap between staff and clients, enhancing interpersonal relationships.
Easy to Use and Great for Tracking Social Media Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and does a good job of keeping track of most social media reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish editing posts were a bit easier and offered more personalization options. Most of the time, after I publish something, I have to go back in and fix my indents to get it the way I want, because SOCi resets what I had set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app makes social media much easier to manage and helps me keep everything organized in one place.
All Our Stats in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to go to one page and see all the statistics
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone needs a g-mail account to complete a google review for our hospital and most elderly people don;t have g-mail accounts and don;t want one created, so we miss out on a lot of revews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for patient satisfaction review instead of another company and posting our social media announcements/recognitions

What do you like best about the product?
I really like SOCi because it's super user-friendly and very intuitive. The staff at the company have been extremely supportive and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar function for scheduling social media posts on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. It allows us to plan a month at a time and easily copy and paste posts between platforms, making our social media presence seamless. It saves us time because we're not posting individually on each platform; we can manage everything from one area. Also, the setup process of SOCi for our team was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting could be a little bit better. Navigating the system can be a bit challenging as sometimes it's hard to find exactly what you're looking for.

SOCi has been an essential tool for me for managing multiple properties efficiently. I find the platform intuitive, making scheduling and approvals really easy. It helps us maintain brand consistency while still allowing each location to engage locally. The review management and reporting features save me a ton of time and provide really clear insights into performance. Additionally, the social support team is always responsive and super helpful.

Sometimes they're a little behind on technology and social media updates and capabilities.

Boosted Review Management, Needs Faster Response Times
What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi's notification automation and tracking features. It's great that everything is centralized in one place, making it easier to know where to go and to edit and post content. Plus, it provides me with analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the AI responses are very good. I use ChatGPT outside of it. They're too slow to post from a live Google review; it takes too long to get to SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi very easy to use, and I love that I can use it on my phone. I also appreciate the AI-generated text that I can modify as needed, which makes my job easier on busy days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login process was not easy at first, and many of my other managers have expressed this as well. The initial setup wasn't so easy; I had to keep resetting my password.
