Great social media platform for my travel business
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it so easy to keep my social media accounts updated with current travel posts and helpful information for my travel clients. The platform makes it simple to add my own posts to their content and make adjustments to the posts anytime that I like. Social Media posting and staying current can take a lot of time for a small business owner and SOCi makes it so easy for me to stay current and engaged with my clients while still focusing on other aspects of my business. I would definitely recommend SOCi to any small business owner looking to have a professional social media presence without spending too much time focusing on their various social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about SOCi. Every post to social media happens seamlessly and frees me up to work on other aspects of my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have seen much more engagement from clients on my social media posts and I am saving valuable time that lets me help my clients with their travel arrangements.

No ability to post videos and would like more creative suggestions.

Nothing. Works great. Would be nice if we could receive emails at the end of each month that recap insights into our page

SOCi makes Multi-Store Social Media Management easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SOCi is being able to schedule posts across all of your locations. You can even group locations together in multiple ways so that you can post only to those in the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the features available on Facebook are not available on SOCi. For example, you can't check in to a location or tag products in your product catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One big problem that SOCi solved was being able to answer reviews across Facebook, Yelp, and Google for Business. SOCi makes it fast and easy to respond to every review. I hope they add NextDoor soon!

Speed and could always use more content.

It supplies additional content that is helpful for my customers.

Great content. Scheduling is good for someone who is not social media savy, but not very customizable.
Soci Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Soci dashboard display post analytics, schedule posts in three different layouts, and it's the ability to have a media library for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not customize content for each channel under one post. Audiences created in FB are not transferred over to Soci for boosting.
