Office Manager
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI platform is very easy to use. I like managing reviews and social media. This has helped our company be more productive and save time. We have not used competitors so I can't compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Everything seems to be pretty user-friendly. Everything seems to work properly. Having the SOCI calendar is nice to stay organized. We are very happy with SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the calendar in SOCI it helps keep posts organized. Benefits are receiving a boost in social media engagements, helping us be more productive. I do believe that our business performance has increased.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have been very happy with SOCI. It is nice to have everything on one platform.
Perfect for Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts ahead of time and that I have someone who helps schedule posts for me. I also like that i can see all of our reviews in one place instead of multiple sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is not very intuitive for my needs as someone who does not solely work on social media and reviews. Redesigning it here and there could help people like me who have more than one job role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management has definitely improved with SOCI since I can schedule social media posts ahead of time. It has also helped our responsiveness to questions and reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one stop and user-friendly. The dashboard is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for the review responses to post on apartmentraitings.com.

We like everything to be in one site.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable and easy SOCi is to schedule posts all at once for many different platforms over extended periods. I also like the social engagement tracker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram Stories is seemingly inaccessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to have a more cohesive brand when you can schedule posts out at the same time and date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a product to keep your brand cohesive and a place where you can post on more than one social media platform at once, SOCi is the place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a lot of flexibility with the online features. Everything is customizable and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet, but I'll be sure to let you know if that changes! :-)

Having to jump around from social media to social media, it save us time having just a one-click option to upload to all of our sites.
THis is a very good tool when managing multiple accounts

I use it to measure the number and effectiveness of socail posts and the number of positive reviews.

A bit slow loading and have to resync from time to time.

SOCI makes my posts look very professional. It's easy to use and I love the partnership they have with CANVA to be able to upload templates that I can customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the platform. I'm able to schedule my posts to launch simultaneously on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook any time of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to launch my posts simultaneously on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. I've received several leads and customers through posting offers, promotions and webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Having someone else think of ideas for posts and knowing that if I get too bogged down to do a post they have it covered.

I wish you could edit time slots. I have tried but they do not hold.

I am solving the problem of coming up with new fresh ideas and the benefit is that something will get posted if I am too busy or on vacation.

SoCi is amazing as it makes sure that we are able to keep track of reputation management and allows social media posting to be seamless. It takes a lot of work off of the on-site team!

No real dislikes about it. It's pretty straightforward!
