All-in-one solution that’s easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage all of my social media accounts at the same time. I can post relevant content across all platforms with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't post to my Facebook or Instagram stories from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves the problem of needing to manage and post to multiple social media accounts at the same time. It also allows me to respond to reviews quickly.
Great way to reduce duplicate postings across multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes it easy to post one time but hit multiple social media sites at the same time. You can schedule items out so as you create them you can post them immediately or schedule them for the appropriate time for that topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more graphics but I can get them online from other apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve duplicate posts of the same information, reducing time to manage my social media presence across all of the platforms I use.

I wish it were easier to use for videos.

HUGE TIME SAVER! I can sit down and create all our social marketing at one time.

I strongly feel using this will save any business a LOT of time in social media marketing. 100% recommend this!

how simple it is to nagivate around and add pictures etc

the mobile app seems to have issues at time

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and track activity. The information is right at your fingertips. Using the mobile app makes it easier to to stay on top of tsks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything that we dislike or would like changed.

we are able to reach out to guests and feel that is helping so they return.
Easy to manage your posts & stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar view. It's really helpful to see the posts scheduled and organized right in front of you.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have multiple locations and I wish there was a way to post to multiple locations at the same time without duplicating the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is really helpful with content that has been created by our corporate company. This includes imagery and posts. It saves me a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This really saves time and allows for scheduling social media posts much easier than Facebook.

What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop to see all reviews for all companies that I manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside to this software. I can't think of anything to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instantly see and respond to reviews. Use a team approach for responses. Immediate email notification when a new review is posted. Export reports for bonus program points.
Amazing time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi Has been amazing for our business. It is a huge time saver as I can make an ad for all my social network platforms at the same time. I love that it also works with Canva as I make new ads I can easily ad them. The scheduling aspect is also a huge time saver for me. I can see my entire month of ads and which social media platform they will go to. It helps me to make sure I am always posting things even when we are busy or away. You can also move your post if you need it on a different day.

I can not think of anything that I do not like about it.

If you are looking for a program to make your life easier with posting ads to social media this is the program you need.
Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything in one place. It's a nice central area for everything to be viewed in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the generated post. They are too generic and don't help our views. I know you can edit them, but they seem to post at bad times as well.

Benefits- one place for everything so it makes it easy to access

SOCi is very user-friendly! I love that I can respond to reviews from customers and manage my social media all in one space!
What do you dislike about the product?
There truthfully is not one thing I can think of that I dislike about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I struggle with being repetitive in responding to reviews, and I love that with SOCi has a spot that can suggest a response curated towards the reviewee. It helps me not sound like a robot!
