Keeps me Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci and their team keep me organized and save me time. It's also awesome that I don't have to worry about making posts on Social Media - something I am not the best at.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the site is that I don't get email notifications about reviews when they are posted. That would be a nice feature to have so I didn't have to log in to check each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Review responses, saves me time.

The convenience of having posts created and scheduled for me.

I don't have time or expertise to create social media posts.
Easy to learn and use.
What do you like best about the product?
Overall I find SOCi very user friendly. The scheduling calendar is easy to navigate and makes planning ahead a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, so far I haven't found a piece that I don't like. The categories are easy to navigate and adoption has been easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. I can take a few minutes a week to check and update my social media presence leaving me more time for planning in other areas.
SOCi a valuable tool for our SM
What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for managing multiple social media outlets. Intuitive, easy to learn, plus simple to share with other users in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user group, we found that there were few downsides. Each individual had a slightly different learning curve, but all arrived at the same user level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is key to keeping our messaging on brand, focused, and recurring across our SM platforms.
SOCI SAVES ME
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that I can write up one post and it automatically posts it to the various platforms that I participate in, and thus saving me valuable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any issues with the program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having posts put on to the various platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc) and this benefits me in that I know the posts are going on to all of these platforms.

Soci is a great way to connect to all of your social media sites at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike logging in everytime to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of forgetting to post one certain site versus another.
Good Software, UI Could be Better
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can post to multiple social media platforms all at once, so you don't have to log in to multiple platforms to post. There are similar benefits for monitoring comments etc. you can just turn on the Soci notifs and you don't have to be constantly logging in to multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find it very user friendly, the dashboard is very busy so it can be be hard to find what you are looking for at times. So I think it could benefit from some streamlining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us save time on our social media strategy, it is nice to have one platform everyone can log in to with their own accounts as well. As opposed to having to share around passwords for each site.

Time management! I can get more done with this tool!
SOCi has Excellent Customer Care and Wonderful tools for Local Marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
Our client success managers. Alyse and Michael have been incredibly helpful and caring for our needs. They are quick to include other SOCi team members on calls to assist us the best they can. Incredibly insightful and willing to jump into an issue for us at any moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Conversations > Engagements platform. I feel like it could be streamlined better. It's slow at times and would be nice to respond to a bunch of comments on the same post quicker than jumping between comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi assists with our Facebook Local Marketing campaigns. This is beneficial for spreading equal budget and spending to all of our locations when boosting content. We have a robust New Store Opening strategy that requires a tool like SOCi and our team is very happy with the tool. Reporting would be another to add. Facebook Reporting as a whole has been helpful to lessen our own frankensteing of reporting. Facebook SOCi Store Group reporting might be one of my favorite looks so we can see how each group's posts perform cumulatively
