EASY
What do you like best about the product?
HOw easy it is to responde to all reviews
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This has made is convenient to to responde to customers and boost our google algorithm all at once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to keep up on social media and reviews on all platforms.
SOCI does most of the work and allows my work load to be less hectic.
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the fact that everything is in once spot, FB, Instagram, etc. Soci saves me so much time logging into each social media platform. I love the fact that I can respond to google reviews as well all from one location!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that I cant respond to leads after 24hr's but I guess that is really a Facebook policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure of any..
Simple, Fun, & Effective!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of Soci! It makes a big difference if you stay present and engaged in the social platforms! Soci has made that a breeze. Overall, this product is straightforward to set up and use quickly! Once it is set up, you can access and control the platform from several different devices, which is very helpful, especially when you're on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey versus other similar systems, but that's like comparing apples to oranges because of its many features. Sometimes I don't particularly appreciate how the scheduling view works. It often had problems switching between dates or social media platforms. When this happens, you can not just switch it over. You have to start over, and it gets annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with people and residents and keeping the community informed. SOCi is solving all kinds of problems and is very beneficial to have for everyone!!!
Very User Friendly And Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly. It's easy to navigate around the site and there is a plethora of information and data to help you create the most effective posts for your business community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to upload photos to the library instead of the image folder is a bit tedious, but not too much of a hassle. Eliminating one step seems like it could be more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see information on close competitors which gives me insight on what I can do better in my building to avoid similar situations within my business community.

Automation amongst multiple accounts. Ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the platform, also being nickled and dimed for add ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us push multiple posts to multiple clients at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is helpful for advance planning and fillers when the team is busy working! I love that they modify and update features often to stay relevant and that you can post to several places at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the inner working with instagram reels for example can be difficult. For example, in order to get good audio for your Reels, you have to have a "creator" account on instagram. But you cannot post to instagram through Soci with a creator account. So i find myself being required to switch the settings to often, because in mutlifamily we use alot of reels. Since i train Social Media it isnt hard for me personally but it is too much for some of the people i train. Because of this they often post on instagram on their phone and use SOCI for other postings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create and plan content all in one place. Posting to Socials when our on site staff doesnt have the time.
Good product and experience with company, but user interface and speed could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi automatically creates social media posts for us across 10+ different profiles, freeing up time for our team. Ability to schedule social media posts for multiple profiles at the same time. Easy to view social media calendar. Ability to track reviews across various networks in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow and laggy at times. When making changes to social media posts, sometimes they get wiped out if another user is also using the account at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi automatically creates social media posts for over 10+ profiles for us, freeing up time for our team. The system also allows approval and rejection of posts so our team has full control over content before it is public. We are also able to monitor all social engagement in one place so all comments, messages and reviews can be monitored.

What do you like best about the product?
It just keeps getting better. I love the usability and functionality. It definitely improves my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just keep doing what you do. I feel like you can depend on soci staying up on the features we need the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes my life easier with being able to manage our reputation and scheduling out content. It frees me up to be more productive.
Easy Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very to integrate a plan and schedule into multiple platforms at once in an easy to use way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to finding the right pages for the task you are wanting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set it and forget it for the month solving a simple task that was taking t too much time doing individually.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the platform is easy to navigate, making it simple for all of our franchises to learn. We also have an outstanding rep, John Musser, consistently gos above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the content libraries were more advanced, like letting us know how often the content is being used by our agencies. It would also be nice to canva like tool incorporated in SOCI

Soci is making it easy for me to respond to community management. Also, it assists me in providing content to my agencies thru libraries or the community calendar.
