SOCI Social Media Platform Usage
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that I can post to multiple platforms at one time. I also like the preview function so I can see what it will look like to our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully I am not sure there is anything I necessarily dislike. I noticed recently they changed the notification that pops up after hitting post and before it used to say posted or something of that nature but now it says it will show up on the platforms within a minute which I like because it does take a minute and it is not instant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for us to post to all of our platforms at one time which is time saving and efficient.
Versatile Tool with Robust Features But Needs Better Onboarding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the robustness of SOCi; it can do quite a few things. I particularly like how its genius applications learn from the input you provide to offer a detailed look at what you need to improve. The genius listings feature is also a highlight for me, as it analyzes keywords and indicates how many additional views you might get by implementing them. This is incredibly helpful in streamlining the process of keyword analysis and keeping them current, which can be tough to do manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's complicated. The onboarding process was long. The app can be difficult to navigate. Unlike others, they pretty much throw you out into the wild to fend for yourself once they've completed the onboarding. The app does a lot, but it can be complicated. Additionally, we've had issues where our listings have gone unverified after making the changes SOCi recommends. More support from the SOCi team. They were heavily involved in the sales process. But I never hear from them once we finished onboarding. It's a great app. But it's not the easiest to navigate. Not easy. Finalizing the contract took forever. Then the onboarding, which I expected to take 1-2 weeks too more like 2 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves our social media management issues by allowing us to post to multiple communities through one dashboard. Its keyword analysis in genius listings guides us in optimizing content for visibility, streamlining a previously manual process.
Soci: User-Friendly on Desktop and App
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is very user friendly and we are able to use it via computer or app with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no dislikes as I mainly use it for work and it's been going well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media is much easier to use via the soci then straight through facebook or google. It allows stream line platforms to post the same information instead of having to do individual posts. Allows me to review comments and reviews all from the platform.

There aren't any items that I dislike that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoCi has been a fantastic partner for our marketing efforts. Their platform makes it incredibly easy to manage local listings, monitor reviews, and publish content across multiple locations. The interface is intuitive, the reporting is clear, and their support team is responsive and genuinely helpful. If you’re managing multi-location marketing, SoCi delivers on what it promises.
Effortless Social Media Management, Simplifies Review Responses
What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi makes responding to bad reviews much simpler by generating my own response and giving multiple response options. It also makes posting across multiple social media platforms easier and more efficient. The initial setup was very easy for me and I haven't had any issues with SOCI so far.

SOCi makes posting on multiple social media platforms easier and more efficient. It also simplifies responding to bad reviews with multiple response options.

We are relatively new with using the platform, but so far, the ease of access of all our listings and and management is convenient and easy to navigate.

No feedback on dislikes at this time as we're still getting familiar with all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I haven’t experienced any issues while using the platform. At this point, it’s been a great tool for managing our portfolio listings and handling reputation management.
Effortless Multi-Location Management with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how SOCi makes my job much easier and saves me a ton of time, which is especially important when managing 137 locations. SOCi allows me to update things across all locations seamlessly and quickly at once, such as cover photos, posts on Instagram and Facebook, and responding to reviews. I appreciate how easy and straightforward it is to get to know the software. The initial setup was easy, and the software connects well with our social media accounts, Google, and Yelp.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to post and update across all 137 gym locations quickly and seamlessly, saving me a ton of time. It makes managing content on Facebook, Instagram, and Google much easier, and helps me respond to reviews efficiently.
Helpful Platform for Posting for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
The platform seems like it could be helpful for posting for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not naturally look esthetically pleasing or user friendly.

Straightforward and User-Friendly, But Limited vs. More Robust Automation Tools
What do you like best about the product?
SoCi is a straightforward and user-friendly platform for social media management. It doesn't take a lot of knowledge or training to use. It is nice that you can also manage Ads from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality seems limited compared to more robust social automation platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoCi is a one-stop shop for social media automation. It is supporting my business with automation for my different social media outlets, all in one place. It is keeping me from having to navigate to different social platforms and also allows for future scheduling and posting of social content and ads.
Great tool to help ease social media posting across multiple locations
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use AI to write my posts, it's been pretty easy to navigate and learn. I can see reports on how well my items are working. It's been fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I schedule a post to a group - it doesn't show on the individual locations calendar.
I also don't like that I can't post to facebook groups from the business page.
