Very Straight forward
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and ability to understand and navigate through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything about it that I have found, it is very well designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting posting time in half and the ease of making post consistent around the board.

Great Social Media Managing Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci offerers great customer service and is our one-stop shop for social media management. Posting to all of our social media platforms is easy with the scheduler tool and is really helpful when monitoring growth across platforms and responding to reviews and messages. It had been encouraging to see how our brand has grown with the use of Ads Plus as well. I definitely recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we have a delay when we are receiving messages but we are working with Soci to get this fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is working on the Ads Plus tool so we can better target ads on Instagram which will help us grow our IG audience. They are also working on making ensuring that there isn't as much of a delay in receiving our engagements.
Amazing! SOCI has added as so much to my property and we are grateful to use this site.
What do you like best about the product?
I have soci assist, so I do not have to create posts daily. Soci does it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. This is a great tool and it adds value to my property

SOCI adds content to help my leasing agent with ideas to post to social media daily.
Needs some improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have it scheduled to post. Put Facebook will do that also.

Not that user-friendly when it comes to libraries. Needs new profile pictures for ace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media for several stores. Posting when I am not online. Boosting posts and advertising events for me. Advertising special sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Nice to have everything all together on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor issues occur every once in a while. Which makes it hard to get work done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps schedule all social posts to any platform without having to use each individual platform.

I like how I can schedule our posts in advance without worrying about it later. Very easy to use!

I don't have any complaints regarding this platform.

I do not have to take time out each day to post to social media as I can have posts ready to go in advance.
Soci is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Soci is easy to navigate and to use. I like how the insight page is breaks down everything and that creating posts are not hard. I also like that it gives you response recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like there isn't a way to post a video on instagram. I also wish the articles/websites that you can make a quick post were better (like maybe for the area or for things in regards to apartments).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post on multiple social media platforms and being able to respond to comments or questions that someone might have.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to schedule posts, and find the SOCi-selected posts are relevant to our community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could see how SOCi-generated posts could be bland and unrelatable, but the routine surveys about local things coming up really help.
