Exceptional Usability with SOCi

What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi very easy to navigate and use, especially for reviewing customer feedback and responding quickly. I appreciate the ability to review customer comments at the click of a button and respond with either an AI-generated answer or my own. It's very simple to use, which is great for managing customer interactions efficiently. The usability of the portal and features like trends and the inbox are straightforward and beneficial. The initial setup was also very easy through our company's portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to quickly review and respond to customer feedback, allowing me to move on to other projects swiftly.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the statistical breakdown that SOCi offers. Also, it's nice that everything is in one place, which makes managing things a bit easier. Plus, I appreciate being able to see where we're getting most of our reviews from, whether it's from Google, Facebook, or other sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is terrible. It's confusing, there's too much on that page. Simplicity is better. Numbers and sites are just thrown on the page and it's impossible to digest unless you use it all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi provides insights into employee thoughts anonymously and consolidates everything in one place, making it easy to see where most reviews are from. I also like the statistical breakdown.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi places all reviews and posts in one location, making it easy to respond across different platforms. The AI assistance with reviews is a real time saver. I also love the clean, easy UI and the reporting functionality. The ease of use increases my efficiency, allowing me to spend more time helping clients, patients, and employees. The initial setup was very easy, and I even gave it a 10 for being really easy to use and increasing efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to print reviews to give as positive shout outs to the staff. Maybe a cleaner, nicer print option?

SOCi places reviews, social media posts, and analytics in one location, making it easy to respond across platforms. The AI assists with reviews, saving time. The clean UI and great reporting increase efficiency, allowing more focus on clients, patients, and employees.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi puts everything in one place, making it easy to handle social media posts and respond to reviews without needing to go to different places. The All In One aspect is really appealing to me. I also appreciate the ability to post to all linked social media channels, which is a big draw.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could be modernized, as it seems a bit dated and clunky. I also struggle to understand how to incorporate stories and reels; all the options seem a bit disjointed and some guidance would be nice. It would be nice to have it carry you through posting, similar to how Facebook and Instagram do it straight on the platform. Including explanations of each feature and what it does. Some more flair, bubble popups, etc. Just generally more guidance I suppose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to keep everything in one place, making it easy to handle social media posts and respond to reviews. It allows us to access ACE social media content for posting, and I can post to all linked channels easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the AI auto-generated responses in SOCi amazing and extremely helpful for my veterinary clinic. I really like the ability to schedule posts, which is very helpful as it allows me to set a future date for social media posts and complete them in advance when I'm not as busy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much explanation on how to read the graphs and charts. Seems busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for our veterinary clinic to view reviews and maintain social media pages. The AI-generated responses are amazing and extremely helpful, while scheduling posts helps me manage timing better by allowing me to plan ahead when I'm less busy.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all social media accounts in one area to respond to reviews and ratings is very helpful. SOCi is so easy to use. I can quickly log in and answer reviews in no time at all. I like the premade templates for answers as well. I love how easy it is to create posts as well. I also like that we can see reaches, engagements, peak times and demographics. All information that is important when trying to build up rapport through social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike at this time about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is saving me time because everything is logged into one place and I don't have to go to every different platform to process reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCI to post to my business’s main social media accounts, and it helps tremendously with saving time and planning ahead. I also like that it lets us customize each account, so the content can be tailored appropriately for each platform.
