Could use minor adjustments
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a good tool, but I would like to see more ease of use, it's difficult to find certain things within the tool.

Kinda hard to collaborate with others. Not sure who else is seeing reviews or watching my account to respond to interactions to posts.

Great Insight All In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SOCi is all the insight you get all in one place. The ability to see reviews on mulitple platforms is extremely helpful in understanding how your business is seen by customers. They also give great tips on spreading your brand across social media which in turn can lead to an increased customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. I use SOCi daily and its been very infomative. I would like to have more access to my stores social platforms via SOCi if I could change one thing.

SOCi is helping us take a deeper dive into the world of Social Media and how it reflects how your business is being seen. It also helps guide us on how to present ourselves as a company on Social Media.

So simple, very intuitive, and helps tremendously.

Nothing. Its all great! Highly recommend!

Effortless Social Media Management with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for managing FB and IG content, and it really solves time management for me as a one-stop shop. I like scheduling posts in advance because I can schedule a week or even a month in advance, and I just have to write once and it publishes to multiple social media platforms. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reviews are good, but it would be nice to be prompted to solicit more if a certain amount of time has passed and none have been received.

SOCi saves me time as a one-stop shop, allowing me to schedule Facebook and Instagram content a week or month in advance and publish to multiple platforms.

It makes scheduling and review administration a breeze! Really helpful and I really enjoy to have access from the app. The conectivity with Canva is also a plus
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the fact that some emojis arent available when posting to social media. Not sure what I need to fo to have complete access to all of the different emojis

The fact that I am in charge of several locations, many twitter, facebook pages, instagram and google pages makes the task complicated but with soci all of this can be done in one spot

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is an excellent tool for managing all of a business's digital platforms and analytics that a company has. The good thing about SOCi is you don't have to worry about making changes on your hosting platform as a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no training videos related to learning how to use SOCi effectively. The downside is there is no story feature on this platform, you can't post videos through canva.

SOCi gives an insight into the comprehensive analytics of the different platforms.
Soci is very convenient to have multiple platforms in one place.

Convenient to have multiple platforms in one place. I like that you can schedule posts.

A little hard to navigate in the beginning.

Saves valuable time. I am able to market more often with the help of Soci.
