Very easy, painless process to refinance student loans

What do you like best about the product?
The process is step by step, it is logical, easy to follow and offers everything I need. It never bugs, it's always flawless. Instead of having to open dozens of pages, everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much I can point out that I disliked about SOCI. It took a few days to really understand how to use it, but I think that is normal. It's sometimes a bit slow to load everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to combine many accounts into one convenient page. Instead of having to open multiple tabs, everything is collected and sorted in a very convenient fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how as being on the corporate team of a franchisee system, i can manage easily all the locations and their reviews and updates all in one place! It is very easy to use and the dashboard is very easy to navigate and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have not run into any downsides of using SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helped clean up all of our franchisee locations by refreshing the GMB pages with the correct information and contact information. It also allows me to stay on top of the performance of each location and their customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and you can maintain the reviews quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i wish was easier is being able to find old reviews to go back and review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when reviews hit, I get alerts to my email quickly so that I can respond fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to view all social media promotions for my business on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sill have to come across something which can be categorized as least helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping me monitor and schedule my Facebook, Instagram, Google, X, and LinkedIn business accounts for periodic promotions, upcoming promotions and the analytics to show the outreach and extent of their program.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration and ease of using SOCi on multiple different platforms is easy for all team members to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar schedule view for posts can be confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team oversees 13 different properties all with different social media platfroms and sites. SOCi unifies all of this in one place and makes it easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good management tool to be in touch very fast with tenants and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anonymous and uncomment reviews with a bad score. We don't have the opportunity to fix a situation in the best way.

To know how is our performance as Property and as office and maintenance team.

SOCi is a Game Changer for Organization & Productivity!

What do you like best about the product?
In my role in digital marketing, SOCi helps me stay organized, easily respond to reviews, create more services for our site teams, and schedule posts in bulk. I have scheduled hundreds of GBP, FB, and IG posts and our account has over 18,000 reviews across all our assets. SOCi makes it possible to respond to all of them efficiently. Being able to store templates, images, use custom tokens within templates, and schedule automated report emails makes my life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
While SOCi has recently added a Google Q&A feature, there have been a lot of kinks to work out, and the process for being notified about new questions hasn't been the most user-friendly. I would also love to have a feature that warns me of images I've posted recently (similar to the warning feature for posts within a location or group library).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is adding efficiency to most tasks in my daily workload, including scheduling social and local SEO posts, responding to reviews, and maintaining the accuracy of our assets' listings.
