Simplicity and Smart Scheduling at Its Best
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to preplan my postings with SOCi. I appreciate the simplicity of it. I like that you can post to multiple sites at once and it'll post at a generated peak time. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I'm unable to add music to my Instagram posts. I have to go back in after it's posted on the actual Instagram app to add music.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to preplan my postings. It's simple to use and lets me post to multiple sites at once, posting at generated peak times.
Effortless Multi-Page Management and Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for posting social media content for new locations across the country and 84 franchise locations. It solves the problem of posting individually across pages one by one, and the problem of posting content at the moment I want it posted. The ease of scheduling to many pages is phenomenal. I appreciate the guidance about when to schedule my posts. I think the management of multiple pages and accounts works especially well. Managing dozens of pages, posting different content to each page would be labor-intensive, but posting once to SOCi and seeing it across all pages is amazing. The initial setup of SOCi was easy and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it connected with more platforms, like TikTok.

I use SOCi to post social media content to new locations and 84 franchise locations. It solves the problem of posting individually across pages and allows for easy scheduling to many pages all at once, which is phenomenal.
Efficient Review Consolidation, But Needs Better Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi consolidates all of our listings' reviews into one dashboard, making it much easier to manage. I also appreciate how easy it is to use.

I find the reporting and actionable insights lacking. Additionally, the initial setup took longer than expected, although it was fine in the end.

SOCi Centralizes Social, Reviews, and Engagement in One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is how it centralizes multiple aspects of digital marketing and online presence management into one platform. It makes it easier to manage social media posts, respond to customer reviews, and monitor engagement across different channels without having to log into multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the reporting tools could be more detailed and easier to customize, which would make tracking performance more efficient. Overall, while it’s a helpful tool, there are moments when the system could be more user-friendly and responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us solve the challenge of managing multiple parts of our online presence in one place. Rather than logging into several different platforms to post updates, respond to reviews, and monitor engagement, SOCi lets us handle all of it from a single, centralized dashboard.

I like how SOCi truly adds a more local feel compared to our national site. It allows us to be a part of adding content rather than just leaving it to our marketing department, which keeps things fresh and people tuning back in regularly.

SOCi adds a local feel to my promotions compared to our national site and allows us to directly contribute content, keeping our followers engaged and coming back.
It has been great so far I am just getting started. So far it is a great experience .

I like that SOCi is a very simple platform. It's not super complex, which makes things easier for me to access what I need without overthinking it. SOCi helps manage reviews, social posts, and various tasks in one place, making it very practical. I use the social posting and content features a lot because SOCi is very productive in that category. The initial setup was pretty easy, making the transition smooth for our team.
