What do you like best about the product?
Very robust, but still user-friendly. Also the support team is very attentive and helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes about soci. The only thing i feel is missing is the option to multi-select messages to move to other libraries at once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating posts for multiple accounts all while being able to customize each post with just dynamic codes

What do you like best about the product?
I believe SOCi is the best platform for businesses due to its comprehensive toolset, comprehensive analytics, ease of use, and scalability. It provides an integrated platform with features like content creation, publishing and monitoring, analytics, and social media management. It allows businesses to manage all their social media accounts from a single dashboard, saving time and resources. SOCi is helpful for businesses due to its powerful social media management capabilities. The platform helps businesses save money and time by automating their social media tasks. It also provides in-depth analytics that tracks the success of campaigns, giving businesses a better understanding of their audience and helping them optimize their strategies for maximum effectiveness. Finally, SOCi offers scalability and flexibility. With its vast toolset, businesses can customize their platform to fit their specific needs. Additionally, the platform is able to scale with the business’ growth, ensuring that businesses can execute on their social media marketing goals without the need for additional resources or investments. In short, SOCi is the best social media management platform for businesses of any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi overall is a great platform and does not have too many downsides. The top things I could improve about SOCi is being able to upload things to YouTube in SOCi and sometimes when there are too many posts being uploaded, it does cause a significant lag for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform simplifies the digital marketing journey for multilocation businesses by aggregating and synthesizing data from various sources in a single dashboard. This allows businesses to efficiently manage their local presence and optimize their online visibility in search engines, digitize social media, online reputation, local directory listings, analytics, and more. SOCi drastically reduces the time and effort required to coordinate a national brand’s local marketing efforts. Brands can easily manage multiple locations, optimize their online visibility, and measure their performance with end-to-end analytics. This makes the process of managing a business’s digital presence much more efficient and cost-effective. What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage reviews for all of our locations in order to interact with our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates to listings do not always go out immediately, names of locations are not correct on a variety of listings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to all of our 43 locations at once has stremlined marketing and communication processes.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been a very easy to use platform. Information and the data/insights update pretty real time and can easily be pulled and shared with colleagues and/or the organziation. The ability to view your review status via multiple social platforms in one place or filter is great, along with the ability to promptly respond to consumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike about the platform. There are a few small tweaks I'd like to see in regards to the filters and navigation of the platform, but all in all SOCi has more pros than cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brings transparency for our branches and employees on their real time review status and social media scores/ratings. In addition, it allows us to promptly respond and acknowledge consumers who are trying to reach us.

Easy to Use, Great Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to learn how to use, with great training and video tutorials on demand. Consolidated solution allows me to perform multiple tasks across various marketing platforms without having to natively log in to each one, remember various passwords and waste time learning multiple solutions. The customer support has been both proactive (making sure I am logging into the platform and using it effectively) and reactive, responding to my requests within 24 hours and following up appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the app is great and allows me to perform all the tasks that I could on the desktop, it logs me out after each session. I wish it would allow me to stay logged in. SOCi did show me how to use the "password" retrieval feature on my iphone so I didn't have to remember my username/password each time, but again, I wish I could stay logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has allowed me to consolidate my efforts, resulting in more efficiency, time saving management and effectively deployment of marketing initiatives and customer relations.

I like that SOCi auto generates responses. They are applicable and easy to edit to fit your response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation. The app is still a little newer to me, but I would like it to have a quick link to responsed to new reviews.

Their response time to issues within their platform and ability to ensure accuracy of listings.

Being a one stop solution for us to manage all of our location profiles and easily update each social media platform within their tool. Ability for us to deploy unique messaging and manage approval flow within their tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i truely feel like I am engaging with the community in a way that positively affects our growth as a store and brings validation and satisfaction to customers who leave a review!
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to get started using SOCi and outside of exploring the interface there isn't much direction on WHAT I can do or HOW to do it. Maybe a simple tutorial auto populates when you log in for the first few times or maybe there's a link to a forum that users can share best practices. Just good for thought- no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of locating shared issues over a larger number of customers. As we read reviews, otherwise unseen, it begins unveiling areas of improvement for our customer facing team to tackle and opens our eyes to how to resolve the behavior.
