Soci on point
What do you like best about the product?
i love the capability to see what my clients are saying about us and i amable to send their praises through email to the correct staff members
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci has spam reporters. Its still positive but wishe they didnt exist
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci stops the guess work out of what we are doing wrong or right and helps us move in a better direction
The perfect tool to streamline social posting all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time SOCi saves by providing the capability to post across different social platforms. The calendar view makes it easy to post in advance and identify gaps where posts are still needed. The training tools provided also make it less intimidating to get started, and have really helps our business owners get comfortable using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a handful of bugs that can be frustrating when the cause isn't known, but this might be more of an API integration issue rather than SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with an all-in-one social media management tool has been the biggest benefit. Engagement with our business owners has been an issue, and SOCi has done an excellent job putting plans in place to increase engagement. Quarterly business reviews help identify problem areas for us to work on.
Super useful but lots of glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can make groups for different types of locations and easily differentiate my posts. also the LIBRARY!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of one-off random glitches. I've had to submit a lot of support tickets for random errors on specific people's accounts. Like this account doesnt have any access to the libraries or this account can't upload photos for some reason. We've been having a lot of issues with incorrect listings information on Waze and apple. Store name comes up as our old name and we cannot find a qay to fix it (info is correct in soci, but not on the listings platforms)

being able to bulk post on behalf of our locations!!
Great tool to manage social accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to reviews/ updates on social accounts in one place! Easy to navigate and convenient. I also appreciate the daily updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
No initial training upon transitioning into new role. Had to navigate myself but not too difficult to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a bridge between business and the community. Positive reviews have helped maintain the image of the ina positive way to drive revenue.
Great way of connecting with our residents and prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can easily post to all our social media pages. I also like that there are suggestions on what to post and automated campaigns that make it easier for us to manage our time.

There really isnt anything we dislike. Our team uses it to make our lives easier when it comes to connecting on social media.

Simplicity with auto generated replies to surveys and easy to navigate through the website which helps me with my time management.

Nothing. The program is well put together and easy to navigate.

Increased customer feedback and responses from leaders based on customer experience inside retail.
Pretty good for others
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get emails from different social media platforms in regards to reviews instead of having to check each and every single one others make you check all the time

No because I have not seen any bugs or glitches in the system not really everything is working well and no problem was found i think the only improvement would be log in

Easy review feedback without having to stress about what to put on the review someone had left with that it help promote production it has increased response time
SOCi - An efficient tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a great and very efficient Social Media Management tool that helps our Franchisees to manage their Social Media Listings across various platforms like: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN and Google Business Listing. It helps them stay on top of their Social Media pages and they can manage it all via SOCi app.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to add more platform as there are only 5 at the moment, more listings options will be great like Youtube, TikTok etc. At the moment its only FB, Insta, Twitter, LinkedIn and GBP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SOCi for our Franchisee Owners and the app specially saves them alot of time and help them get back to any conversion that is happening on thier business listings. Most of our Social content is before after images of services provide, Image section of SOCi is very usefull as they upload images directly in SOCi to use on their listings later. Content craetion and sceduling is amazing.
