Lookout Yext, SOCI is almost there
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has a great team of experts on their side. When we experience bugs, our Account Manager is often able to fix the issue is a quick call. I am sure SOCI will have a tool that rivals Yext in the coming months.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCI is great tool for our team but did take a little bit of time to get up to speed from a user standpoint. SOCI was able to hold trainings which helped in our integration from our previous tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apple Maps was a major pain point for us. Thankfully our rep was able to set up our enterprise account which was previously set up as individual store accounts which were not able to be paired.

We are not fully using all features within SOCi

All franchisee platforms managed from one place
Very relieving to have this responsibility taken on by some professionals.

Obviously the ease of having this responsibility outsourced to a third party.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints or issues at all, I have been happy with the service.

Creating content on my socials that stirs interest and creates conversation.
Time saver
What do you like best about the product?
You set it and let it go. It post automatically for you freeing up your time do other things. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Its pretty cluttered to look at like there is so many options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making posts on my behalf. I don't have to think about what to post. I'm not creative so it makes it easier.
Posting pictures is fairly easy, could be more user friendly

I enjoy being able to use the calander and schedule posts.

I feel that other than the calander and posts the app itself is not super userfriendly.

Activiely posting on our social media. It benefits me by adding more time to my job other than posting on social media

The ability to post reviews on their app and on mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notification needs to provide links to click to provide reviews.

Helpful when it works
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience to curate and schedule content easily. Being able to respond to comments and manage the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very often pages come disconnected and do not post correctly.

A 1 stop shop for users to be able to manage their social media accounts.
Good experience so far with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is all in one spot, whether that be facebook engagements, google reviews, or customers filling out contact forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few issues with responding through the mobile app, but the issues were quickly addressed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of having to go to different sites to respond to customers. This benefits me by not only having all in one place, but also being able to reply to engagements on the app while I'm out of office.
User friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and at once you can post on mulitiple other social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about soci . Easy to use and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is solving the problem of posting in multiple social media platforms. I can do that with one click. All I have to do is link the accounts and one post and I am done.
Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to manage our franchise-wide social media pages! We have a few hundred accounts and SOCi makes it easy to group the accounts into different buckets so the right content is getting posted for the right location. Also love that it offers dynamic content that allows the franchise info to be unique per post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides. Sometimes getting tools like this approved from a budget perspective can be challenging, but the tool is definitely worth the price! It can also be difficult to promote adoption among the franchise partners, but that's true for any tool - they just need to see the value of it.

SOCi allows us to easily manage our hundreds of social media accounts while providing everyone with the appropriate permissions needed based on their individual roles.
