Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see clearly what is on my social media calendar with SOCi. It's great to schedule to multiple platforms at once, which really makes my work easier. The initial setup was great, and I never have to worry or remember if I scheduled something or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me not worry about remembering if I scheduled something. I love seeing my social media calendar clearly and scheduling to multiple platforms at once.
Effortless Advertising and Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to post and reply to reviews on SOCi. It's great that they have a template based on the review that was given, which makes things more efficient. The initial setup of SOCi was pretty quick, which was definitely a plus.

I havent found any issue yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for advertising studios at my property, reaching individuals who don't have time to visit the office. It's easy to post and reply to reviews with templates, making it very convenient.

How convenient and easy it is to use without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike about the soci app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci assists with all ad needs for me to stay up to date.
Enhances Customer Engagement and Insightful Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that I can respond back to the customers personally and give my personal responses to them without it having to be generated or something that the company has prompted. I also like that SOCi has all these different options of how I can track trends and everything else. It's also super easy to set up. I was trained in less than a minute. Overall, it's great, and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we had access to customer's real names and because they use a username and not always their real name, so being able to if they have an issue and they don't respond to their responses, being able to contact them to get more details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi lets me see customer perspectives, enhancing future interactions and support. I can personally respond to reviews and track trends, showing customers we care.
User-Friendly but Needs More Comprehensive Training
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is user-friendly and helps streamline our efforts. The platform offers a robust learning and training infrastructure, which means we didn't have to create one ourselves for our community. The local pages and social planning tools are particularly valuable, allowing franchisees to update based on their needs, both stateside and internationally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more localized ad tools and that the education/training were more in-depth. We have a lot of tools we aren't sure we are getting the best value for.

SOCi helps us facilitate social and digital media at scale for our franchise community. It's user-friendly, streamlines our efforts, and offers a robust training infrastructure we didn't have to create ourselves.
Easy, All-in-One Platform for Posting, Responding, and Tracking Across Locations
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. All my social platforms are in one place. I can post, respond and track for multiple locations on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be clunky to switch between locations.

Makes it so easy to respond to social reviews. With the use of AI, I just click and verify.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it so easy for franchisees to advertize, keeps everything in one place for easy access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process for first-time users is not intuitive in all steps, and can be confusing for less tech-savvy users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our studios struggle to remain consistent with marketing across different platforms. SOCi makes it very easy for these users to set up ads, schedule posts, and keep track of reviews.
All Your Reviews in One Place—with Clear Graphs and Reports
What do you like best about the product?
It compiles all the reviews in one website and we get a visualization of it through graphs and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
None in particular as it pretty much very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us in knowing what the clients think about our service and therefore helps us improve our service and revise policies to better align with client satisfaction.
Centralized Social Management Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use SOCi to get information out about our resident events, new units, upcoming specials, and just overall information about our property and the things we do here at Sky on Main. I really appreciate the convenience of SOCi because I don't have to log onto 4-5 different platforms to make a post. It's all centralized, which is what I like most about it. The initial setup of SOCi was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to interact a little more directly with comments and DM. I don't have access to comment back or interact with story responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi centralizes information distribution, saving me from logging into multiple platforms, providing great convenience.
SOCi Makes Leasing Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is helpful with leasing tasks and advertising
What do you dislike about the product?
AI is not always consistent and causing confusion with in person leasing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
catching more leads especially when office is closed or after hours, so we aren't missing any leads.
