What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about SOCi is that you can plan and schedule social media posts
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about SOCi is the user interface. It is kind of outdated and not as intuitive as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci makes social media planning, posting and management a lot easier across multiple social media platforms

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have professional content created and placed on your social media platforms on a regular basis. It save us time and money so we can concentrate on running our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to go check on your socia media platforms when they are turn key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating regular content.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tabs that are available to go back and forth between different areas. The entire scope of the site is great. The amount of info given for different aspects of the buinsess is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about SOCi. much better than the old system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to see all reviews customers leave, access our social media platforms to see reviews given and access. It also allows me to respond to customers directly to appreciate their feedback and handle any negative issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all how comprehensively connected SoCi keeps you to all of your differnet social media accounts...but in one place! Incredibly convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit complex. It will definitely take some time and intentionality to learn and get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping me Network on mulitle social media sites and websites from the conveniece of 1 place!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has some great features that make evaluating our organization's social media performance very easy. I love the ability to customize my reports to gain more detailed insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many features that I probably don't utilize the platform as much as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage social accounts for various brands in one place.

The feedback we receive from guests as well as receiving a weekly review of notifications fromSOCi
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not had a dislike yet about this website it's been helpful and notifies me weekly which is great rather than receiving daily

Receiving reviews on my establishment which is requested by employer, the feedback is easy to get to and respond, as well as all the other options that are offered

The app is easier to use than the website is. The app is more user friendly but the ability to post on two stores at once it the most convenient

The website is the downfall to ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to utlize. It get the correct information to the customer. It allows us to see our reviews almost real time and we reply back to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any drawbacks so far. It is easy to utlize and not to hard to use. We swtiched over from another program and it wasnt good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer satisfaction within the stores.

How it has scripts that let you respond to different types of customer reviews whether they are good or bad.

Nothing I believe it works great, there is nothing to dislike
