Using SOCi is a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very easy to use to schedule social media posts. Plus, the ability to make changes as needed and have them quickly happen make SOCi indispensible for a small business owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I might dislike abou SOCi is it does not seem to be as easy to upload new pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves the problem of time. Being able to schedule posts when I have time and then have them distributed throughout the week or month is invaluable since time is the commodity I have the least of.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci has been a huge win for our company. Our franchisees find it to be so useful as a one-stop-shop for reviews, listings, and social media. The leadership loves the ability to be able to see what's happening in the field at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the ability to upload images to multiple locations at once and the setup for Yelp is not going well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gives our franchisees a very quick and easy to use platform to handle their reviews and social media

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of SOCi. There is only a very short learning curve, and once I navigated the dashboard for a couple hours, I felt very comfortable. I recommend to anybody wanting to create a content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the SOCi dashboard can be modernized to simply look more appealing. I believe if the aesthetic improved slightly, then all the boxes would be checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped simplify creating content calendars for hundreds of clients. With the simple platform, we are able to effectively coach clients on how to best optimize the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. I have used Hootsuite in the past and Soci is so simple compared to hootsuite
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot add Facebook groups and it is difficult to post with instagram and Google. Once in a while, it just doesn't post what i want it to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can prepare my post in advance, so i don't forget or don't work 24 hours a day. Easy to use with other co-workers. Easy to monitor.

I would like it to connect to instagram. I would like to be able to see the reviews easier, quicker from this site.

What do you like best about the product?
Make post in one place, and chek the status inmediatly. Also, the reports are useful to send easy to everyone. I like to keep the images to easy acces. Finally, keep all accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thinke the visual is a little difficult to understand for most older people, the head of the website is too different. Also, I noticed the website is not responsive. I work from a tablet and it is kind of hard to get good visual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage all social media accounts in one place to get general visual to all of them.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that you can post to so many platforms from a single screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it doesn't let me post videos to social media or uplaod them into the library. even short videos that take up minimal space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
posting to one location but not others, not being able to schedule posts ahead of time. SOCI is saving me tons of time which allows me to spend more time in my business

A Great Way to Connect as a Company

What do you like best about the product?
I like how modern and easy it is to use. Working for a large corporation it can be hard to find a "one size fits all" product when it comes to effect communication across the entire company. I feel that SOCi for us has been as close as one will get to that "one size fits all" in terms of ease of communication across the company as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to sign up for multiple accounts and I felt originally unhappy with having to have another account that I couldn't link with my existing employee profile with my company. I would suggest my company/SOCi work it out so I can sign in with an existing profile (ex. Like how one can sign in with LinkedIn) so it limits the amount of profiles, passwords, etc we have to keep up with as an employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has made finding solutions within large groups easier to do with the ease of getting surveys out and being able to communicate with large groups of people that I may or may not know yet.
