It is an expense. Would be great if you could link to residents via entrada or yardi so we could email our residents with ease

Soci for social media management

What do you like best about the product?
Soci has helped up keep up with and build out our social media pages for our apartment complexes. It was too much to do in-house, so it was not getting done, but with Soci we were able to have regular posts as well as reputation management taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we had with Soci was when we had some properties leave Soci and our management, they still continued to post about those properties on our corporate page. So I had to go in and delete those posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage apartment complexes, and we had too many to be able to post on all of their social media pages regularly. In addition, we were not keeping up with replying to reviews. Soci now handles the social media posts and reputation management for us.

What do you like best about the product?
What I found helpful were the pregenerated responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not ran into any issues yet. Everything seems to work fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help come up with pregenrated responses that saves time instead of thinking about what to write back.

SOCi is very easy to use and very helpful in notifying me when we receive reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont think that there is anything i can think of to name right off that i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i think it is helpful to track reviews and where they come from etc.

Great SOCI Experience with 20+ Restaurants

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overview of all 20 locations, I dont like that things move around sometimes I cannot find features I used to use/recap screens change. I really love the Ai features thank you for adding that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think letting multiple users access the account would be cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer concerns and feedback, Helping me connect with a large audience in a shorter window of time. Thank you!

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to efficiently reply to all our Google reviews, we have great response options at our fingertips, and we just personalize it when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?

Powerful tool for social media posting

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar feature makes it so easy to add posts that you create for any future date. The ap allows you to add images, video, and a shortened URL in a snap. Posts can be added immediately or scheduled for a future time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about SOCI as it does exactly what I want it to. Schedule posts for future dates. Perhaps there could be an option to add a UTM link for Google Business Profile posts. If that exists already I can't find it on the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system makes it easy to post an update for a client's business. Sometimes our clients have exciting news they want to share, change firm names or location, add key members which all make great posts. It also can help a bit with SEO by building some off site authority.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the support and the interface. Overall I believe SOCi has been very easy to use and the team is so supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there are a few functions that could be improved upon such as Apple editing and Yelp editing as well. Things can be hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think SOCi has helped with our overall rankings on GBP and everywhere in general.
