The easy use of SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of articles there are to choose from

filtering through to content that hasn't been over shared

I can schedule articles in advance so I am not spending time each day getting information on social media platforms

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the analytics. If I post directly to my social media pages it will still capture the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Libraries are a little hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media can be time consuming and the ability to post so far ahead is a game changers.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place is a real time saver. Being able to post to multiple platforms without navigating to each site is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes practice to get comfortable with the interface but once you do a few post it works great.

Time saving when posting to multiple platforms.

Soci is very user friendly and allows you to easily keep track of multiple platforms.

I don't have any downsides for the SOCI platform.

My account suddenly deactiviated but we got it back up and running quickly

User-Friendly, Convenient, and Helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about SOCi is how user-friendly it is. For the most part, all of the features are very straightforward. If you are ever confused on how things work, though, you can learn lots of information + cool tips & tricks from SOCi University in their Support Center! I use SOCi very frequently in my day-to-day work for things like scheduling social media posts and taking a look at our business reviews all in one place, rather than having to look at our Google Reviews, Yelp reviews, etc. on different websites. Our company was easily able to integrate and implement SOCi into our work flow with very little time spent training!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not currently dislike anything about SOCi. I do think everyone would benefit if SOCi added a feature to schedule "story" posts to Facebook, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to schedule social media posts at appropriate times, without having to remember when posts should be uploaded. I can schedule a batch of social media posts throughout the month at peak times, and not have to worry about it until they are automatically posted!
Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is amazing and saves time for me and my team. Everything is all in one site, very user friendly and someone is always avaiable to assist if we have any issues or questions.

I dont really have anything I dislike about soci, however, I will say more content would be amazing.

nothing very easy to use. Soci is very easy for any user, They offer a versatile and efficient way to connect with our audience, share updates, and foster engagement. Social media allows for creativity and innovation in our communication strategies, enabling us to reach a wider audience and build stronger relationships with our customers.

soci assist me in managing our social media page by providing post templates that allow me to schedule posts ahead of time. This feature streamlines our posting process, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our content delivery

What do you like best about the product?
My team works with a corporate client that has a lot of franchisees and Soci makes it easy for everyone to upload and use content across multiple locations. I also like how everything is organized in different folders and libraries to help us find exactly what we're looking for

I wish it was an easier way to search for the content that I want to find either by file name, tags or better filters
