Easy to navigate, very useful, like the reports section
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts for all social medias is useful

Needing permissions to use entire platform

Time management, I'm able to schedule posts and pull reports within one platform
Soci is a wonderful platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite part about Soci, is that it is easy to use and if you have any questions, they have a wonderful helpdesk. It allows us to easily access our social media pages and directly handle customer inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that sometimes it can be challenging to understand everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple store locations, soci allows us to handle everything on one platform.
Hands free solution
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the hands free approach. While I do post my own organic things, I don't have to worry about the details of filling in the gaps and wondering what I am going to post next because it does it for me
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no option to change the language to add posting for others to be able to relate

The only thing I would like to see on SOCi Is being able to post on our story for Instagram and facebook.

Having to log into 1 place for all social media needs, Saves a lot of time.
Great Utility for Customer Experience Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I also love that the replies to positive engagement are all unique, they do very well with this!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was a "Report" function built in, as sometimes we need to navigate to the actual platform to report a review that is abusive or otherwise violates a platform's terms. But this may be something that the platforms don't allow access to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is helping us by continually bringing our customer impressions to the forefront, solving the problem of how easy it is to let this slip through the cracks when you get busy!
Takes the Thinking Out of Social Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I love how effortless it is to plan our months post. It makes the tast feel way less daunting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could tag business in posts and create social media events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just takes the daunting task out of it for us. Having the user friendly featuers of Soci makes scheduling the marketing plan for our community a breeze and ensures you do not forget to make those weekly posts.

The ability to schedule and customize company-generated materials and self-generated posts.

Would like to have a mobile app attached to the program.

Great product for managing multiple social networks
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for managing all my platforms in one place, I no longer have to sign into and check multiple portals each day or week. I simply use soci to tie it all together. It's also phenomenal for scheduling content for a month at a time

The process to sync iG account ts can be tricky
