Saves Time, Seamlessly Manages Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how SOCi saves me time by handling my social media posts for me. It's great that I don't have to spend my time actively posting on social media; I can just schedule it instead. The platform makes my time more valuable by taking care of posts automatically, allowing me to focus on other important tasks. Also, the initial setup was really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say maybe adding more platforms to be able to schedule and post.

SOCi saves me time by automating my social media posts, making my time more valuable.
Intuitive All-in-One Social Scheduling, Reviews, and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule social media posts over multiple accounts, respond to reviews, and view reports all in one place. It is extremely easy to use, very intuitive, and I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if this is a SOCi thing or a Meta thing, but I would like to be able to attach my instagram separately than my facebook, it would make using multiple accounts easier for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi gives us time back that we never had before by being one product that benefits multiple avenues of marketing. It is extremely efficient and gets our jobs done faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi's easy user interface and layout. It's great for managing reviews and helps me respond quickly to both residents and prospects. I also appreciate that I can integrate different platforms easily. Plus, setting it up was amazingly easy.

Better options for posts customization

That they post consistently on my behalf.

I still don't understand how the boosted posts come up.

It takes over social media for me, one less thing to worry about.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience that SOCi offers. It helps us not forget to post and lets us schedule posts, which is very helpful. SOCi is a big time-saver because we can post the same update on three different platforms without having to individually post to each one, and that helps us out greatly. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the picture quality when scheduling through the web to be lacking.

SOCi ensures we don't forget to post, allows scheduling, and provides convenience. It lets us post the same content on three platforms, saving us time by avoiding individual postings, which helps greatly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI response feature in SOCi because it saves me a lot of time. I don't have to write each review myself, which is a great time-saver. Also, the initial setup was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI response feature could use improvements. It doesn't sound very human and uses too many odd vocabulary words. I wish it made the connection with customers sound more genuine.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to track all locations with a corporate dashboard, and it helps us gain clearer insight into what we should focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to be able to view all reviews, both new and old, so I can track improvements over time and better understand how to move forward with the locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps show how new items are performing and how the service is improving. As a training team, we track this to make sure every location is meeting the same standards.
Hands-Off Social Media Management That Keeps Us Focused

I like how hands off social media CAN be for people like managers to upload and still manage to work on others things that require a bit more focus.

I don't have full page editing abilities.
