Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is very simple to use and I like the layout. It's definitely a time saver!

Nothing comes to mind that I dislike about SOCI.

SOCI is great for scheduling out social media posts for multiple locations, which saves a ton of time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
SoCi makes my day-to-day so much easier! SoCi allows me to open the calendar for the month and create our social media posts ahead of time and in one day if needed. SoCi also allows us to answer all reviews in one area instead of opening multiple sites. I highly recommend SoCi to anyone who has a business to run to have it all in one area!

I do not really have anything negative to say about SoCi. We have not had any answers using it or posting.

SoCi allows us to post to all social media platforms in one easy step and answer all of our reviews in one site instead of multiple sites.

Ability to schedule social media posts and manage different platforms in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to integrate Instagram with Soci, but I believe that is because of an error in my account not linking between Facebook and Instagram, and is not Soci's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps me schedule and manage multiple social media platforms in one spot. It also lets me coordinate with the corporate marketing team of our franchise so that I can see what posts have been scheduled and alternate the days I post.

I love that I don’t have to stress about posting daily on social media because of soci!
