Marketing Manager
What do you like best about the product?
This has been the second management company where we have used team has used SoCi portfolio-wide. For starters, I was a part of the onboard for both companies, and the ease of implementation and customer support throughout the entire process was seamless. The Soci team is by your side every step of the way. The platform makes is easy peasy to integrate all your social channels. There are an infinite amount of features that the platform offers (review responder, discovery posting, metrics, and more). The best part is it is easy for my teams to use and measure success. I have enjoyed being able to use the platform from a corporate level and the onsite teams seem to really appreciate and use it frequently once they have proper training (which Soci does for you)!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing negative to say. I have been satisfied with my Soci experence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has changed the game for us when it comes to online reputation management. Our onsite teams frequently left reviews unresponded to. The platform gives my team the opportunity to see outstanding reviews and work with the teams to respond in a timely manner. It has been tremendously helpful in building our ORA score.
One Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop to take care of your postings so you never forget!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. Its very easy to use.

Time management and helps employees to be consistant.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super convenient being able to have all your social media platforms in one place. It makes not only marketing a breeze but also makes resident engagement so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really about SOCi to dislike at least for the reasons used by our property.

Allows us to engage with current and future neighbors efficiently.
Amazing for Property Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can post to all social-media sites at one time, and I can even link in Canva!
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I know, there is no phone app, so I have to email myself the photos or videos, but it's not too terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I helps us keep our social media sites uniform and helps us spend less time on marketing.
Great For Scheduling Social Media Posts
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi enables us to easily draft social media posts and get them approved across our team. We schedule out many posts every month using templates everybody from the team can upload. The ease of integration is convenient and we are able to use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi is similar to other social media scheduling platforms I've used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We, as a store, are able to use SOCi templates and data to create powerful social media posts that resonate.
Helpful, but can be organized better

It is very helpful, but I wish they organized it better.

Could be more organized, this is something that can be improved

Easy way to access photos

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI provides a lot of information regarding guest values, sentiment, feedback, etc. They pull data from Google, Yelp, in-house survey programs, Punchh, etc. They have made it very convenient to review all of our surveys and statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues yet with Soci. Before soci, our company used STARS. Compared to STARS MerchantCentric, Soci gives a lot more insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI provides us the ability to respond to reviews if necessary. They also categorize our reviews so we can see how much 1-2 star reviews we have compared to 3+ stars.
An easy way to manage multiple business locations
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to switch between business locations to schedule posts, respond to reviews, check analytics, and post to GMB.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to schedule to Facebook, the app doesn't have Face ID so I have to type out my long email and password each time,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps me post to, and track, multiple store locations in one easy place.
SOCi is a truly an amazing marketing tool.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has changed marketing for the better. It is very easy to navigate the website and also easy enough to integrate into your daily work load. I love the features for social media engagement responses and the option to use it in conjuncution with Canva to make your own creative posts. The customer service is on point, and they make solving any issue with the website easy. I use SOCi 5 days a week, and everyday I love it more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to SOCi, it is amazing in every way!

SOCI helps us to manage our social media on one platform. It helps us to communicate effectively with our prospects, and make great connections.

Sometimes it can be overwhelming with too many options.
