The easy way to drive social!
What do you like best about the product?
Such an easy platform to use. Love the easy scheduler and validation that all platforms were posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would appreciate support completing service requests, instead of sending how to do them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of posting to select or multiple platforms at a time.
Planning ahead makes life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to plan posts and stories out weeks in advance is so helpful. It's very easy to use and helps greatly with scheduling and marketing/advertising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing approval can delay the process sometimes, but that's just our company policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule out posts - especially on holidays - so that I don't have to work on a day off. It's like a virtual assistant, I just tell it what to post ahead of time.
SOCi makes Social Media much more manageable for the team!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes scheduling posts accross multiple platforms easy. I love that we are able to view realtime data regarding the engagement with our posts to help us know what is working vs. not working for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be wonderful if we could edit photos that were included in social media posts after the post was created if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping to ensure we are posting consistently and makes it very easy to look at historical posting information accross multiple platforms to ensure we are using a consistent on brand message for our target audience.
Love the convenience
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI allows our team "state of the art" post with current information to grab the consumers attention. The posts are well done and have the look of professionally made posts. We love picking and chosing the posts and scheduling them for specific dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but we have to pay more attention to our own posts and SOCI posts not overwhelming our customers with too many posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is helping us with our branding with its Multi-Location Marketing. We tie it in with our Website using SEO.

Soci is an amazing tool to help with social media management. It makes it conveint to schedule important post and is time effiecient. Its easy to use frenquently.

Honestly I don't dislike anything it's been super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of creating social media posts within SOCI. You can also create posts by linking your Canva account. Absolute dream team for getting your social media
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes soci un-syncs from my Facebook and Instagram accounts after I make any changes within the two or sometimes for no reason at all. Not too bad, it just takes a few requests to resync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci simplifies the social media posting process by allowing us to post the same post to all platforms with one click. It makes analyzing and responding to reviews from multiple integrated platforms a breeze with response templates, and notifications are sent for any new reviews that need to be responded to or addressed.
Easy social media planning
What do you like best about the product?
We use SOCi to play out our Facebook and Twitter posts. Since we are part of a franchise, home office loads the up and they automatically post on our low Al pages as well. When we want to add a local post only you can easy use the platform to load that as well. Easy peasy. Now it would be very nice to get data and templates on SOci to to make it a one stop shop.

You have to create templates outside of platform then load.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is simple to use for a single location or multiple users. It is easy to review content and collaborate with team members in the platform. I like the additional add-on options that are available based on need.

Things have been great and when there is a wishlist item the team is very receptive to ideas and implementing them to create an improved platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reputation assist has taken that responsibility of our teams and allowed a neutral 3rd party to handle. Freeing up time to solve problems before the guests leaves and taking the person feelings out of the conversation. The platform has also allowed for oversight and accountability.
We are also excited to recently have added both Ads and Boost Plus allowing users to easily schedule Social Ads or Boost posts for additional exposure while providing some company oversight on performance and content.
