What do you like best about the product?
Being able to view all my marketing platforms in one place.

Takes a bit of time for posts to populate in SOCi

Easy Separation of Management Companies
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how it separates different management companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downsides I have experienced from SOCi is the data can sometimes export incorrectly or not capture all the data when exporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving a lot of problems for us, in terms of comp data and marketing. We use this tool to build our own trackers therefor the data SOCi provides is very helpful. We dont typically use the overall platform that much just the data.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi incredibly valuable for social media posting for my property. I love the organization it provides, allowing me to keep everything running smoothly. SOCi lets me schedule posts in advance and uses AI to generate posts, which saves time and ensures consistent engagement with residents and prospects. The feature that automatically publishes posts on the scheduled days is fantastic, and I appreciate the ability to edit posts within the platform.

User-Friendly Social Media Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly SOCi is and that I don't need to log into many accounts to post. It allows me to seamlessly post on social media accounts and monitor performance, saving me the time-consuming task of logging into different accounts and social media platforms for a single post. I also use it for online reputation management, which is quite beneficial. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly too, and I had no issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to tag social media accounts on LinkedIn. Also, I would like to like comments on Instagram straight from SOCi. It would be much easier than having to go on Instagram directly to like a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for seamless social media posting and performance monitoring. It saves time by managing multiple accounts from one place and helps monitor our online reputation. It's user-friendly, so I don't have to log into many accounts to make a single post.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for Instagram and Facebook for business and love that I can schedule my posts, which takes care of the hard part and means I don’t have to worry about posting daily. It's super easy to schedule them, allowing me to still do my work without stopping to make a post. I can set out time to create a lot of videos and then schedule them for different times and days. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t always understand the peak times because I thought it would pick a time but sometimes it will just do the same times

I don't have to worry about posting daily. I love that I can schedule my posts easily, set out time for work, and schedule videos for different times and days.

I like how SOCi makes it easy to schedule posts and be more active on social media. The feature to easily schedule and make new posts is very beneficial. The calendar function is really useful as it allows me to see what's in the pipeline and fill in gaps where needed. SOCi is straightforward to use, especially for people who are not that tech-savvy, and I had no problem with the initial setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot make posts that go to my two different offices all at once.

SOCi makes it easy to schedule posts and be more active on social media. With the calendar, I can see what's in the pipeline and fill in gaps where needed.

Effortless Facebook Scheduling, Intuitive to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi for its easy format of making captions and adding pictures, which makes the job of posting much easier. It's simple to see everything, select dates, and I appreciate how it sends things to the marketing team for a quick review, which is usually very easy and fast. I think it's very easy to use and straightforward, requiring only a quick review to understand how to do things, and after that, everything is easy to remember and use.

Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me with scheduling posts for Facebook, so I don't have to review them constantly. It makes it easy to pick dates for posting, quickens review by marketing, and allows me to easily see all my posts.

That you can have post on multi platforms with only one post. YOu don't have to post on each platform . it makes it so easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions on the social media pages are not available when you do multi post.
