Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi offers an easy to use platform to manage multiple properties in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far SOCi works well for the capacity in which we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi save me time from having to log into native platforms for multiple locations.

Time Saver!! No more searching all the platforms. Emailed every morning, so easy to read, respond and celebrate or coach team 😊

I believe one platform is not available so we still need to remember to review it.

Great product, difficult interface
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI was very helpful for reinvigorating our social media presence. The pre-written posts are well-tailored for dealers and there's a lot to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find how to approve posts for the life of me. No matter how many different places I went on the SOCI software, I was only able to find the post approval page once. When I did, I approved every post for the next few months because I knew I'd have a hard time finding it again. Honestly I stopped using it because I couldn't find the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The constant social media scheduling is something that's difficult to maintain. SOCI is good at taking some of the required time away from that.
SOCI has allowed us to be proud of our Brand Image across the board in all locations
What do you like best about the product?
The Best part is how easy it is to schedule posts and to grab posts from previous libraries whenever we want to test a new strategy or launch a new location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish we could post directly to Tik Tok and Youtube Shorts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now post on behalf of our Franchisees and remove that marketing hat. It also helps our overall social proof and impact as we launch paid advertising on socials.
It’s a fine product, I’m just not sure I see the overall value in it.

The report that we receive is a consolidated way to track our reputation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so much the product that we dislike, we just feel there must be more to it that we understand.

Saves us from having to pull information form multiple resources.

I can control all of my social media pages from one place and see the analytics from each of them!

There are occasional problems with creating posts for social media.

SoCi Helps With the Heavy Things
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing is very time consuming, but SoCi is east to use! The east of integration is also very nice as they support almost every media format!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be a little more capatable with Apple products like Safari. I also notcied that I was having issues attaching video tumbnails to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time and allowing me to post accross multiple platforms at once!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they handle the social media stuff so I can handle sales. I love the ease of managing the account as well - the platform is so easy to use, and really helpful to see what is coming up - which makes it easy to personalize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in awhile a client calls about a post I missed, and I have to find out what amazing thing they are calling about LOL but that is a good problem to have!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving my problem of only having 24 hours in a day. To have them behind the scenes, handling my social media platforms is so helpful. I get feedback from clients all the time about how beautiful my posts are, and it really does create interest - and keeps my name top of mind!
SOCi is a very user-friendly platform that has helped us tremendously as a franchise.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi enables us to push regionalized content to all of our franchise locations smoothly effectively. We appreciate the conversation function, making it efficient for us to respond to engagements. We are currently looking into a bigger package which says a lot about our experience with the platform. Our contact team is also awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the reports will pull inaccurate data which can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without SOCi, we wouldn't be able to push content as such mass. It removes the marketing hat for so many of our franchisees now that we are able to help with that through SOCi.

I like having all social media accounts in one place! Also being able to schedule all post is so awesome!

I do not always get alerted when a review is left.
