Soci one stop shop for review management

What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes viewing and responding to reviews easier than visiting multiple platforms. The email notifications are nice to be responsive and timely in providing feedback to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Soci has been a great tool but without any onboarding or training, some of the features are less intuitive or require a lot more investigation to utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci has streamlined access and replying to reviews. With online shopping, especially for our industry, it's more important than ever to manage and respond effectively to reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can quickly get info on how my store is doing and what customers are saying about us. I can also get past data to compare, which is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find specific data sometimes when I need it fast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can change how we run things based on what customers are saying and scoring us.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of their platform. It is easy to use. The Integration is ok. I do like being able to schedule my own post for the month. I like that my company has pre-generated content so I do not have to re-create anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
that it doesn't include past reviews.It also gives me an error on replying to some reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
replying to reviews isn't always working. It does a good job and letting me know who has left a review. I haven't had any problems with it for quite some time

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutel love how easy it is to work through all that SOCi has to offer since we use it frequently, and I have never experienced any lags or glitches in their software. I love that it helps keep our buisness reviews updated and allows us to have a generated response option, which saves us a lot of time. There is a wonderful customer service center dedicated to helping us, if we should ever need it. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one simgle thing that I did not like about SOCi! NOT ONE!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi gives us the oppertunity to stay on top of all our reviews for all of our locations, and makes it breeze to respond to all clients that have left us a review.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes it so simple to add a quick post to all of your social media apps from one main source, is so convinient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything from SOCi. Is been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main advantage is that is extremely convinient for offices who are always needing to multitask. To use one place for all of our platforms it just makes it so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ease of the app. It was very slick!

That I had to log into the app every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was making my life easier by having all of my social media ready to be posted instantly. It benefited my immensly by saving me time.

I can schedule post for a whole month, so i'm not constantly trying to keep up with my social media page.

I haven't figured out how to add a clickable link on my post

Making easy work

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has saved me a ton of time with social media postings. I can schedule some time one day and schedule out the entire month of postings on multiple platforms. Super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I want to add an additional unscheduled posting it takes a bit to figure out how/where to add it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a ton of time and allows me to schedule and post to multiple platforms. Makes me aware of questions asked in case I missed them.

What do you like best about the product?
That there are constant updates to the system, so things that were not working get resolved and start working, then are refined to make them work better.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was about passing the buck. I would contact SOCi, and they would tell me to contact Farmers, and Farmers would tell me it is SOCi's responsibility. The Farmers help person would get the info to SOCi for me and get my needs met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it has been about Social Media posting to X, Facebook, Insta, Google, and LinkedIn as well as responding to reviews. I am hoping we get the other features that are in the training videos, those are not in the "Farmers" platform yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the immediate responses to reviews from residents. SOCi is incredibly easy to use and was seemless implementation into our processes. I love the weekly reports giving me an overview of my portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a single items that was difficult to use with the system.

Online Reputation Managment, immediate feedback to resident and tracking on my portfolio
