Streamlined Social Media Management with SOCi

What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCi's social media scheduler. It makes my job so much easier by helping to streamline our content creation and marketing. I specifically love the AI-generated captions it provides. I can trust our social media will be posted on time, so I don't have to stress. It's also super easy to set up. I use SOCi a lot for our marketing to schedule out resident events and make posts for the month ahead. It helps us to easily respond to reviews left by users.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to change one thing about SOCi it would be the size of photos it lets me upload for posts. It would be easier if it would automatically change the size of the photo to fit an Instagram post, rather than cutting it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to schedule social media, streamline content creation, respond to reviews, and generate AI captions, making my work in leasing and marketing much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how detailed the available reports are in SOCi. There is a wide variety of different reports that I can reference, which is super helpful when discussing next options with our clients. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has a user friendly dash that allows me to see an overview of all of our linked businesses all at one time. It also is very easy to respond to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I was able to customize a dashboard that I could pull the reports that are easy for ownership to understand so I could have them all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This creates an easy way for our general managers to respond to their Google reviews and effectively notifies them when a new one comes into the system.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most useful features is the ability to maintain brand consistency while still allowing individual locations to customize their posts. The interface is generally user-friendly, and once you get familiar with it, it streamlines a lot of the day-to-day marketing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to use it was a little challenging at first, but once I got familiar with it, it was easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform makes it easy to schedule and publish posts across multiple channels from one place, which saves a lot of time compared to managing each platform individually. I also like that it provides a clear view of engagement, messages, and reviews so nothing gets missed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how SOCi makes it easy to get people's attention, and the interactions are great. The new AI tools built into it make things so much easier, and its ability to save every post is a lifesaver, especially when I want to reuse posts or pictures. I think it's a wonderful way to schedule my posts in advance. The ready-to-use tags, AI writing tools, picture archives, and the convenience of posting to Google, Facebook, and Instagram stand out. Also, the initial setup was super easy—I hardly remember having to set up anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's maybe just reposting more easily with one click, or duplicating content for another post during the same week. It's a little bit clunky right now. But, otherwise, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes scheduling posts in advance a breeze and saves every post, allowing me to reuse content easily. It includes AI tools and convenient posting across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like SOCi's simple UI, which makes managing social media pages across multiple locations much easier. I love the hours of operation display, and my favorite feature is the setup that allows me to checkbox days that are the same, saving me a lot of repetitive time. Once all locations were onboarded, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Providing better API capabilities. We have a third party interface between our CRM and SOCi, making the link so that what gets updated in the 3rd party doesn't have to be updated in SOCi or vice versa would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps manage social media across 400 locations, simplifying updates across platforms. The simple UI and the checkbox feature for hours of operation save me repetitive time.

Helpful, Efficient Onboarding and Guidance for SEO Strategy

What do you like best about the product?
They’ve been very instructive and helpful, especially when it comes to teaching us which tools to use to further our SEO strategy. The initial onboarding was efficient, and we also appreciate their willingness to branch out into AI tools. The platform itself is easy to use and offers a good variety of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the initial onboarding was quick and efficient, we found it to be a bit impersonal. We would have liked more individualized options for our brand, and to not feel slightly rushed throughout the process. We also feel that while the tools have many different functions, the tracking metrics for localized pages is lacking in compariso to the listings features. While the platform is easy to use once you have been provided instruction, it it could be more intuitive and flow better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping our business with our localized SEO strategy. We are using their listings tools and local pages to help improve our search impressions, rankings, and control what information is being served in new AI search, as well as their Reputation tool to help simply our reputation management.
