Great Site
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create posts on different sites, such as Canva, which will then post to all of our company's social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hesitant at first, just being new to the site. There are no cons at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The site makes posting in different places at once and getting more data more accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a very powerful tool that is really easy to use! The ability to post to several different platforms at once is a huge time-saver and allows us to efficiently get our message to the public
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to connect to platforms outside of the major ones, but this is a very minor "con".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps us post and manage our social media content across all the major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Google My Business)

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi had made social media so easy for my property! It's like a one stop shop kinda place. I can handle all my reviews, post on all social media platforms and that is able to save me so much time! Thanks SOCi!

Sometimes spam messages will come through and it would be nice of those were intercepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am immedidately notified of all reviews. This helps to respond quickly to any reviews that are less than desirable.

Its easy and fast to use. You can scheudle posts and dont have to worry about it. It also posts for you.

I have not had any downside to it. Everything has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
Transfer of accounts was smooth and customer service was prompt. The dashboard is easy to use and shows good data and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling content the dashboard doesn't remove preset posts from the library or let you know it has been published or is in the que.

Great and Effective Advertisement
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is advertisement that allows me to be creative and have fun while doing it. Also really easy to use.

I must login to Canva to get the images.

Best Product to manage Social Media EVER!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Soci because it is user friendly and offers multi site posting with the touch of a button. It is easy to track postings, change material and see which sites get the most return. Whether you are a pro at marketing or just getting started, this program takes care of all the hassles for you and gives you more time for networkig as opposed to spending hours created posts for each site individually. I have used this program in every site I have managed and it works as well for my 600 unit site as it did for my 150 unit site. Definately worth the small monthly fee.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any issues with Soci that would be considered unsatisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SMM use to take hours of our day creating, posting, adjusting, trying to figure out the sizes and content for each site and so on. Now that we have implemented SOCI, we can post across multiple sites without pause and schedule out as far as needed, which allows more time to network in our local community and connect with our residents. This has been a great asset to my team for time management and the partnering with Canva has really changed the game with content.
Decent software with a sloppy sales, onboarding, and training workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
The actual software design is good. We have been able to handle a large portfolio of accounts with limited issues once the frustration of initial onboarding was completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their sales team made assurances to get us to contract that were simply not true (promising features that were only avialable in a different product we wernt considering.) After we signed, onboarding and support was like walking into a slowly advancing brick wall.
It was very difficult to coordinate with their technical team as they frequently disregarded our communications by asking for social accounts we don't possess.
Finally, we sent an angry letter that was going to shut down our business arrangement, and suddenly we are getting real attention and support. We will see how long it lasts.
