The best place to Social!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to post to all sites with one post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The provided content is repetitious. I would like to see more content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps me get the word out about our community and what we offer. It brings in new prospects and potential renters.

I really enjoy using the program as it allows me to make quick modifications across all my social media platforms. Thank you for creating such a versatile platform.

I would like to use music and hashtags within TikTok, but happy we at least have it available to us, finally.

Excellent User Experience for Those Managing Multiple Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule bulk posts out across multiple locations and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics often don't match what I see within the actual social platform.

They're implementing abilities to schedule reels and TikTok videos. This type of content is a high priority for our accounts, so it's nice that we won't have to schedule those seperately.

Nothing. I have only used SOCi for a couple of months now. I do not have any dislikes.

It is nice being able to schedule everything out to multiple sites all in once place.

We have had some issues in the past with some posts that were not able to be posted. But this was quickly resolved.

It is helpful for me to post everything that I want to for a future time and for me to be able to post everything that I want all in once place.
Soci works well but could use some aesthetic updates

SOCI is great at putting eveyrthing under one roof and allowing me to manage it from there.

It is a little odd to navigate and I feel that there are some unneccesary features that promote cluttered interfacing.

It's a little busy on the start page and hard to find what you're looking for.

I love that Soci allows you to post across multiple social media accounts easily and concurrently to show a unified message across all popular channels.
The system setup is intuitive and easy to use.
Implementation was quick and easy. We just needed to set up and link our social media accounts to add them to Soci.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not overly familiar with the nuances of all of the different social media platforms so I wish there was a way to preview your posts so you can see how they will look when they are posted.
Not all of my posts were posted as expected and I was not able to figure out why some worked and others did not.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just opened a new business and setting up our social media/online presence is a massive undertaking. Soci makes managing our social media content and campaigns a breeze as opposed to accessing each individual platform every time we have a post to share. Soci dramatically cuts down the time I would need to spend handling social media freeing up my time to focus on other matters needed to get our business up and running.

I love how easy it is to use. It's a one stop shop!

I have not found something I don't like about SOCi.
