User-Friendly and Efficient with Minor Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the organization SOCi provides, making it easier to schedule my content efficiently. The calendar feature stands out as it allows me to view and edit all posts easily before they're published. It's user-friendly and learning to use it confidently took less than an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of emoji support when scheduling posts problematic, as it restricts the ability to engage with current social media trends and enhance posts’ appeal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it more organized and easier to schedule content in one go, view and edit posts anytime before they are posted, and the user-friendly calendar helps manage posting schedules efficiently.
Great for posting to Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you can post to all your pages from one screen. The scheduler is a great feature as well so that I can monitor when and what is being posted easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing pages is a bit complicated, but SOCi support was very helpful walking me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before it was harder to keep track of all the scheduled posts to the different social media pages and SOCi has made that easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, set it up and forget it, provide great customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
I an issue connecting one of my social media accounts, but finally were able to troubleshoot it with SOCi and it's good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post content across different social media platforms.
Easy to link Social Media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to connect most social media accounts & schedule postings that are preloaded from your corporate entity.
What do you dislike about the product?
For connecting to Instagram, you need to have a "business Instagram" account. This is dissapointing because I prefer to have a "Creator Instagram" account for various reasons including exposure, more flexibility to create Reels.

Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very inciteful program which allows you to control everything on your Google Business page. If you are missing options, they will let you know. There are so many other things such as call logging and lead opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi works well, just that we have 3 departments, but one website for all 3
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our business better responses on google and on searches.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having all of my social media platforms in one place. It's nice to have once place to do it all. I also appreciate SOCi's scheduling features and it's reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be buggy at times, which can cause issues if my posts don't go up when I expect them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me a lot of time when I can schedule a posts for multiple platforms in only a few clicks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of use is not easy. Trying to get direction on what I am asking for has been a LONG process. We have to continuously email back & forth. SOCi tells me this should work this way, when I get into my system it does not work. I still have not received the notifications that I am supposed to get when updated my website or when reviews are received or responded to. The Pages page is not easy to use or to add information that we would like to use on our website. I am still working through issues. Going on 2 months trying to make sure my website gets updated. Not a fan!

SOCi is creating more problems for me & I am still searching for how this will benefit me.
Amazing platform that makes social media tasks SO much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I love being able to schedule my posts well ahead of time and not having to worry about it daily. I use it every day to monitor messages, engagement, and to see what is available for future posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I really do like all of it. The only thing I would like to see improved is when we get a SPAM type of message or engagement, it immediately posts as negative or neutral, which affects the overall meter. I am able to manually change it but that is the only downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi keeps me from having to post to my social media platforms individually. It also helps me post to both of my locations at one time, which saves me a ton of time.
Mostly love it
What do you like best about the product?
Easy scheduling tool makes pre-planning a breeze. Having the libraries of images is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot tag/@ people who we are connected with. For example, if I post on FB about another business that has helped us, I can include their web link, but I can't add "@businessname" to make sure they see the post. This impacts FB, IG, and LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross posting takes time that SOCi minimizes. Better than logging into and managing posts on all platforms.
Useful Social Media Content
What do you like best about the product?
They are concise and consistently posting relevant content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the hashtags aren't relevant. Too may hashtags sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Persistently posting on my social media. I often don't have time to do this on my own.
