great scheduling tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a useful centralized social media hub
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, I need to go through Soci University to fully undersand how to use Soci to best tap into all it has to offer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about when my social media posts are delivered. It frees up my time to make batches. I am sure it will solve more problems, once I learn how to use everything

I love their AI integration and help running ads on social!

Not worth the money, yet

Tracking on social media appears to be fast and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was promised a store landing page and 2 additional pages for Life Insurance and Business Insurance. SOCi has yet to deliver. Also, I can't edit my store landing page to change things like the number of years in business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has yet to solve any problem that I have presented to them.
Limited Abilities To Post
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to be able to post in all the social medias at once, in Meta I can only do Facebook and Instagram so being able to do all the platforms at once is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are that there seems to be a bug in its approval system of posts - for instance rejecting a post for "ally" in Sally Mercer Agency. Or the word "sure" in a post.
Instagram is constantly becoming unlinked, I must log in as the agency owner but SOCI wants to connect to my personal and business pages and I cannot get the agency accounts to stick and stay connected.

Schedule Social media posts effeciently.
Makes Social Posts Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes creating and scheduling posts for all of our social media accounts so easy! If we have a holiday or special event coming up I can schedule it whenever I am thinking about it so I don't have to remember the day of. I also like being able to find and reuse old posts quickly. That feature comes in handy when I need to post a reminder or update on our social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't tell me immediately if something is wrong and a post won't publish to one of our social accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of having to keep track of special events or posts for enrollment/open houses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the scheduler and libraries so you don't have to recreate posts or start from scratch.

SOCI is easy to use and schedule posts each month. The dashboard for tasks and insights is easy to navigate and extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using SOCi. It has dramatically helped our business with scheduling social media posts.

SOCi helps administrators with keeping track of social media advertising by reviewing and scheduling posts.
Easy to use on a computer
What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to use, but mostly just on a computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using on a phone the question mark help button is always blocking the "save/schedule/confirm/post" button in the bottom right hand corner and its super frustrating. You also will have some difficulty uploading videos through your phone but they upload fine when using a computer.

Scheduling is the biggest benefit we are getting from it

The 2 things I love most about soci is being able to post in mutliple places at once and being able to schedule posts in advance.

I don't think there is a down side but I would like to be able to use an app from my phone.
