What do you like best about the product?
I really like how SOCi is easy to move through and user-friendly. It's great that I can see all issues in one place, which helps me come up with a resolution. I also appreciate that it shows me what reviews have come in from Google. These features make it really valuable for me.

SOCi helps me identify who is happy or unhappy and find resolutions by seeing all issues in one place. It's user-friendly and integrates Google reviews for better support.

Everything is all in one place. Easy to use and their customer service is AMAZING!!

Sometimes not knowing what needs a ticket and doesn't need a ticket can be challenging.

I can switch between various profiles with the click of a button, which makes streamlining updates across multiple locations super efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not able to update descriptions or other business details. The platform lets me enter the changes, but they don’t show up on the corresponding listing afterward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us update our business listings easily and gives us real-time feedback on how well they’re performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to post for my social media at my job, and it makes things quick and easy, mostly because it has AI. It's easy to navigate and fast in sending posting requests for approval. I like that the services help you manage when and what you can post. SOCi shows you the calendar if any posts are scheduled, and any past scheduled posts. It has ideas you can use and helps generate a great caption if you're not sure what to use. It makes posting quicker and more effective, which is valuable for a job.

I use SOCi because it's quick and easy for social media posting tasks. The AI helps navigate and send posting requests fast. It manages schedule and ideas for posts, and generates captions if needed. It’s valuable for efficient posting, especially in my job.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is easy to use. It’s simple; you just click on and add what you need, then place it where you want. It makes things a lot easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Giving me more options on coupons that I can use would be great. In the area of mapping out, it needs improvements.

SOCi makes it easy to advertise to everyone in my area and system. It simplifies the process by just clicking, adding, and placing content where I want. It's user-friendly and makes my tasks a lot easier.
Time-Saving and User-Friendly Social Media Management with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi makes it super easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it saves a lot of time because I don't have to post at certain days and times. It’s convenient to pre-schedule posts for my days off, so I don’t have to worry about posting on my off days. A feature I find particularly helpful is that it automatically posts on both my Instagram and Facebook accounts instead of me having to do them separately. It's definitely a great tool to have, and I've already recommended it to a few people I know who shoot content and post it. It's super useful for planning posts for our new gym opening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the photo/video will only post to Facebook and not Instagram. I’m assuming it’s due to the size of the file? I’m not sure if it’s SOCi or Instagram guidelines but it’ll automatically take off the Instagram posting. I’m assuming it’s because of the sizing of the file not being able to be done on Instagram but I’m not 100% sure, it’s kind of hit or miss!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to pre-schedule posts, saving time and avoiding posting on days off. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it and automatically posts to Instagram and Facebook, simplifying my social media management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is very user-friendly and allows posting to multiple platforms at once. It makes managing social media content much faster because our teams don't have to travel between different social media sites to post.

I'd like to see SOCi add TikTok as a platform, and I'd also like to have the ability to have posts approved before posting.

I use SOCi for creating social media posts, generating ideas, and engaging with comments. It's user-friendly and speeds up management by allowing posting across multiple platforms without switching sites.

What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCi's social media scheduler. It makes my job so much easier by helping to streamline our content creation and marketing. I specifically love the AI-generated captions it provides. I can trust our social media will be posted on time, so I don't have to stress. It's also super easy to set up. I use SOCi a lot for our marketing to schedule out resident events and make posts for the month ahead. It helps us to easily respond to reviews left by users.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to change one thing about SOCi it would be the size of photos it lets me upload for posts. It would be easier if it would automatically change the size of the photo to fit an Instagram post, rather than cutting it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to schedule social media, streamline content creation, respond to reviews, and generate AI captions, making my work in leasing and marketing much easier.
