Very in depth
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how well descripted things are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could definitely look nicer.

One platform to track all the surveys and social media posts.
SOCi makes it simple!
What do you like best about the product?
I found SOCi's interface really easy to use and intuitive. It's been great scheduling posts across multiple social media accounts and I fully trust it. For instance, Soci alerts me if an image I'm trying to upload is too large or may encounter issues when posting. I can easily go back and fix any issues on a post for a specific platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have not had any concerns when using SOCi, only that there is alot I could probably still learn!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me with time management and keeps me organized. As a marketing assistant, it allows me to schedule everything and keep my files in order.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can post info, polls and contests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it does everything I want it to do and also allows me a way to reward my resident's engagement.

It allows me to get information to my residents quickly

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi made review responses easy! We always had quick and appropriate responses to our google reviews. The team at SOCi created excellent social media content for our businesses social media pages. The content they created was engaging and interesting. Thanks SOCi team!

- Lack of some types of major social integrations and tools compared to similar platforms
- Lack of better high level posting times and more in depth reporting akin to SOCIAL-FOCUSED platforms like Metricool

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves the problem of having to manage a large scale marketing effort across board for 150+ locations. That coupled with it's online reputation management and local listing team, has made it extremely easy for us to manage these locations at scale.

Managing the account and staying updated with fresh content has proven somewhat challenging lately.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support has been fast. Other than that I have no other comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a difficult system to use and many features were lost compared to our old system, Hearsay. It is not easily implemented for the feautres we need most. We typically would use the system every day, but due to the downgraded features it has not been used as much as we previously had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not any to be mentioned at this time. I am waiting for Soci to update their platform to gain the capability of posting in numerous different places.
