Easy to use & navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and maneauvur through Dashboard. Easy to input information as well as seperate different pages by groups, districts, categories etc.
Customer Support is smooth and the CS FAQ is very informative. SOCI team is responsive and easy to communicate with!

What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has just onboarded SOCI a couple months ago -no downsides so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is helping with creating and building our local pages, Facebook Location Pages, keeping restaurant information such as hours, locations, amenities consistent across all platforms and 3PD websites, and answering reviews with the correct responses in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to understand, and how helpful it can be when just starting your bussiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how all the post are very automated and are copied amoungst my colluges at the same time and days.

it is helping me with my time managment and taking the stress of consistanly posting.
SOCI is awesome and great for social media topics.

Nothing. There's really nothing to point at.

Posts are scheduled flawlessly and we don't have to keep checking.
Love Soci
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Soci because it allows me toplan a full month of social media content across facebook, instagram and google all in one place. Its convenient and efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about soci ...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is I can manage and complete my full schedule of content on soci for the full month.

What do you like best about the product?
the lifetime analytics. Social media platforms usually only let you go back as far as 3 months. being able to go back and look at reviews from years ago and pull that data is very helpful. The GMB verification help has also been something we are very grateful for.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a lot of turnover with our POC. Our last one also never seemed to remember things about our company and relationship with SOCi.

Responding to reviews on multiple different listings.
Disappointed with Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know I can't use it because it won't connect with my profiles and I've reached out to get help with this but after weeks I still can't use this program and it's frusrtating because I am paying to be able to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know... I can't use it to tell you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its supposed to be helping me schedule postings through Farmers website, and let me check usage, and reviews and I can't access anything. I was super excited about this transition and have been super disappointed.
Great option for your business social media management.
What do you like best about the product?
They give you very detailed reports for every social media account associated with your business. The scheduling feature is the thing that I utilize the most frequently and would be lost without it. We also love that you can respond to all social media account comment from a centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything to complain about as the service is straightforward and convient.

Soci provides a centralized location for social media management saving us time.
I love to use this as it helps to navigate and market the business

We are able to log in with Soci and market the complex to draw more prospects and move ins and it has been very pleasant

it was hard to get log ins at first but once we got trained on it we love it
