What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts, insights. I appreciate these features
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to use this platform as if I were actually logged into said social platform. I want to be able to like/follow business pages. I need tagging to be allowed even if we do not follow the business page/vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure to be honest.

Easy to use Survey/ Review System for Residents

What do you like best about the product?
Reviews are sent directy to Resident Services which allows us to address issues directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate emails are sent for the same review at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Residents do not always directly express their concerns if they do not feel like the are "Imporant enough".

Seamless Intuitive Scheduling Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to view my scheduled calendar, add posts, edit posts, sync social media accounts across multiple platforms, and view post analytics. Being an entrepreneur requires you to be spread so thin, and sometimes social media can feel daunting to tackle. Soci makes it easy and achievable to have a strong social media presence without taking too much time away from other important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still a fairly new user of Soci, so I have not come across flaws that cause me to dislike the platform, but I have been signing it's praises to anyone that will llisten :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is a one-stop shop to manage social media across multiple platforms. It save me time scheduling and posting so I can use those precious minutes providing additional service to my clients.

Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the scheduling tool. You can get several posts ready to go for the future in a short time. Really takes the pressure off getting posts out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a LOT of information here, it's easy to get lost in this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ablity to create several social media posts in a short amount of time and schedule them for future posting is great.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to post to most of our social media accounts at once. It was easy to set up. It is also very easy to post the same content multiple times in order to give your customers a reminder. It is nice that it will link to Canva (which we use almost exclusively).
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to post to Google My Business (who doesn't use video or music) and TikTok (who requires video or music) at the same time, so it has to be done separately. Other than that, it is a lovely seamless system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics are fantastic! It also makes it so easy to post to multiple social media accounts at once. Scheduling the posts and uploading directly from Canva is a huge time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Works like a charm for scheduling across many agent and company socials. Excited to find more time to learn how to better use SoCi and integrate it into my process. I love that it takes away some of my workload as far as busy work. It gives me more time to be creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something about the design is clunky to me. I would like if using SoCi was a little more intuitive, though that could just be stubbornness on my part. I feel there is room for improvement in the design and layout, and understanding how to navigate SoCi. The appeal of automated marketing falters a little when you have to study a site to learn to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with posting the same content across multiple pages in a timely manner. Monthly marketing automation for socials has improved immensely and our reach is growing.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating social media posts is super simple and it's great that Canva is integrated with it. The customer support team is also helpful and get back to my questions very quickly. We love being able to see all of our reviews in one place, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downfall is that there are so many things that SOCi can be used for and sometimes it's hard to keep them all straight or feel competence in all of the areas. But that's a personal problem!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi tells us when we have a Google review which is super helpful!

if you don't add a mix of personalized posts it can make your feed look spammy

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi brings multiple platforms together in one place. I can accomplish so many things without having to log onto multiple platforms and sites to respond to reviews, post to FB, review analytics, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is the layout of the dashboard and the lack of differientiation between the menus and programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi provides a clearer awareness of our online reputation and provides the tools to manage such.
