Streamlined Scheduling with Effective Review Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for scheduling posts on our community social accounts like Google Business, Instagram, and Facebook, and also for replying to reviews. It makes it very easy to upload our content and respond to reviews. I love using the scheduler calendar because it allows me to take a few hours out of my day and get everything scheduled for the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing I have disliked

I use SOCi to schedule posts on our social media accounts and reply to reviews. It makes uploading content and managing interactions easy. I love the scheduler calendar, allowing me to plan monthly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi for its ease of use when changes need to be made, like syncing information and knowing that it will be updated everywhere. Updating store hours is simple; I just go to the site, make the change, and it saves lots of time as it updates everywhere, which is super efficient compared to updating all the different places individually. It was also easy to set up.

I use SOCi for syncing store information across platforms, keeping store hours aligned without having to update them in multiple places, which saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi to be user-friendly and very easy to train on. It makes the process very seamless for our teams. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the representative assigned to our team. Whenever we had an issue, especially with setting up new members, the response was very quick and helpful. Overall, the customer service is great.

The dashboard itself can be difficult to navigate, and I'd like to be able to look at the calendar without having to manually go back and forth. I wish it was easier to preview the scheduler.
