What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage accounts and listings for all of our franchisees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service when it comes to issues with the product and higher pricing compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows us to manage all listings at the corporate level for our franchisees.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi make managing the social and reputation for multiple business locations easy. The platform is quick to be learned and there is lots of training support. SOCi provides countless features that make posting seamless and worry-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the customer service was a little more hands on. We had some troubles with reps and turn over internally that squashed the relationship for a bit. Now we are working to rebuild.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving our problems when it comes to review response management, social media scheduling and content posting, analytics, and multi-location marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the app feature from the phone to be able to do individualized posts and have access to create future posts throughout the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes posts don't go through and trying to figure out why an account disconnects can be confusing at times.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a one-stop shop for social media and reputation management, which all intertwine and connect to the customer experience. It also links with all review sites as well, which is not common for reputation sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be improved. It would be great to have a comprehensive report of all platforms separated rather than needing to pull for each individual report. Month-to-date reporting would be appreciated, rather than having to input custom dates for the current month/period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing online reputation and social media to enhance the brand and overall customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is simple to use and the user interface is not click-heavy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it's great to have Canva embedded, it would be more useful if saving Canva files without scheduling them for a post were possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI allows me to keep track of posts and quickly scan for cadence and density.
