Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Our service rep, Kameron, is very good and stays on top of our requests. The team seems to stay on top with innovations and trends, like AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
More robust customizations for report and the ability to test new features in a beta or private mode before enabling to all accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to schedule social media posts across locations is a big benefit as well as being able to manage directory listings across multiple publishers.
For a Social Media Manager, it leaves a lot to be desired.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main benefits of the platform is that if you have hundreds of locations to manage, you can connect all profiles to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who manages LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram for my organization, this does not save me much time. Not being able to tag people and pages for LinkedIn is a huge disadvantage. I have to post to LinkedIn natively if I want to tag people and then SOCi doesn't capture the data because it wasn't posted through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post to all social media platforms we currently have linked (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) all from one location. It's also helpful to see the full content calendar when everything is scheduled for the month.

Ability to post on simulataneous platforms, great integration, love the UI ease of use

Often times it took a couple of tries to connect with X or FB

Creating a single platform to access all social media platforms
Why SOCi Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about SOCi is how easy it is to navigate. I love how quickly my pics are reviewed for posting to Social Media too! It's another great way to advertise!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only down side to SOCi are that I can't post more than 10 pics at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing our residents in their moments of living enriched rull lives that their family might not get to see since they live in another state!
Good for those who don't have much Digital Marketing experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is housed in 1 spot which makes things really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The capabilities seem limited. For example, management of the GMBs are still limited and require us to get client management access anyway so it's almost like double work to connect it and then still have to go into Google Profile Management for some items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It houses most things in 1 place.

What do you like best about the product?
You can market across several social media platforms and set to post on dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't dislike anything. I think it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to market and brand myself as a real estate agent without having to reinvent the wheel.
Not super user friendly

I like that I can schedule post with advanced dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is not easy to use to make changes to our website. Customer Service is not very helpful either, they keep referring us back to our district rep and vise versa, just a run around to get answers.

After months of back and forth, just got the issues of not receiving email notifications solved.
